Our family grew up enjoying all the outdoor activities northern Idaho has to offer. As a kid I spent time on the many lakes here water skiing and fishing and in the mountains hiking, hunting and snow skiing. Our home is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Idaho has to offer and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Our family bough this property for its unique location and proximity to so many of the things we enjoy. We stay in the winter and ski at Schweitzer mountain, we hunt for deer from here in the fall, we fish in lake Pend Oreille much of the year, we hike, bike, kayak, walk and enjoy Farragut part and the Beaver Bay swimming area in the summer, and we make frequent trips to local restaurants in Coeur d Alene or Sandpoint, via car or boat. The fourth of July is spectacular and the Bayview fireworks show can be viewed right off the deck or enjoyed via your boat right out in the bay.
The home was beautiful. The separate living quarter for the teen part of the family was really nice too!
The loft room was pretty bright in the morning - really the only down side - we would definitely come back!
We stayed in August with our 3 university-aged kids. Loved the location of the condo; overlooking the marina and right next to the state park. We rode our bikes or canoed into the park every day. The condo is great for older families. Clean and nicely decorated. No blinds on the windows, but no need. It was a beautiful view in the morning, sitting up in the loft bed and seeing the mountains and lake. Would recommend it to others who like the outdoors.
We brought our children and grandchildren and had a great time. We loved the views, spending a lot of time sitting on the decks watching the lake, the birds, the boats coming and going. Well equipped, the owner even had kayaks there. Farragut State Park is right next door where we did a lot swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, hiking, etc. You can also put your kayaks, etc. into the lake right in front of the property. We also went to Silverwood Theme Park which is only about 15 miles away. The only snafu was that due to a mix up the condo was not cleaned or the beds made, etc. when we arrived. The owner did come in to help immediately, but when the maids came to finish up the next day they forget to empty the big garbage can that was full when we came. The bushes in front of the bottom deck could also be trimmed for better views. Overall, a very nice place to stay, it was very quiet with great views and great if you like the water and water sports.
We had a great trip to Idaho and enjoyed this house very much. It feels like a brand new house - the furniture is lovely and the decorating is beautiful. The kitchen is more than adequate - it's gorgeous! It was nice to be able to park in the garage, the wifi was awesome because cell signal is limited in the area, and we LOVED the view from the deck. The only downsides of this house are the fact that the master bedroom is a loft - so there's no privacy. Be prepared to wake up with the sun (the view from bed is tremendous though!) and if you have kids who get up early and make noise in the kitchen, you will hear everything. The other downside was that the other bedrooms are on the lowest level, which meant that our kids were two floors away and on ground level (might be a safety concern for some). We also had some trouble getting access instructions and directions from the owner until we were almost there, which was nerve wracking, but he did call us back just in time and we got in just fine. Overall, we really enjoyed the house.
This was a beautiful, well equipped condominium - with spectacular views. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Off-season, there were not a lot of dining choices - but we enjoyed making meals in the gourmet kitchen. There is a state park down the road - with lots of trails.
Nestled against the trees of Farragut State Park overlooking the southern end of Lake Pend Oreille this condominium offers a variety of recreational opportunities. It is less than an hour to snow skiiing at Schweitzer Mountain, minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, 100 yards from Farragut state park with it's trails and outdoor attractions, and right on top of some of the best fishing and hunting in the country. Mountain bike, hike, hunt, fish, walk, water ski, snow ski, dine in Coeur d alene and Sandpoint or just enjoy the beautiful view from the deck.
