2 Picton Place is an attractive holiday cottage in the vibrant market town of Narberth. It is perfectly positioned for making the most of Pembrokeshire's coast and countryside. The two bedroomed cottage is in the heart of the small town with its tempting shop, eateries and coffee shops. Close by is the small local swimming pool, Herons Brook Golf Course, Narberth Moor with its large area of grass and well equipped playground.
The ground floor of the cottage is a charming open plan space featuring rustic stone walls, timber floor and a fireplace with a wood burner. It has two large leather sofas to relax on and a wooden farmhouse table with four chairs and a Welsh settle for meal times. The house has gas central heating. There is a well appointed kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine for those evenings when you are not tempted to eat out at one of the restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also a washer / drier for your convenience.
For your enjoyment we provide wifi , Freeview TV /DVD, Now Box, CD/Radio, board games and children's toys.
The first floor comprises of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and run of wardrobes and the second has three single beds and chest of drawers. There is also a travel cot, high chair and stair gate for our younger visitors. The attractive bathroom has a large bath with overhead power shower. At the back of the house there is a sunny secure courtyard.
From Narberth you can travel in all directions to many of Pembrokeshire's stunning beaches. Close by you can visit Folly Farm, the Blue Lagoon and Oakwood. You'll never be bored while staying at 2 Picton Place.

Well equipped, comfortable house in a convenient location
The cottage had everything we need for our short stay and was ideally situated for access to the shops, pubs and eateries of Narberth and also for walks in the countryside around.
