Located in Deerfield Beach where Hillsboro Boulevard meets the Atlantic Ocean, our 1,800 ft² corner condominium is one of only 27 units in a gated building with secured parking. Deerfield Beach is directly across the street; while restaurants, lounges, entertainment, beach shops, and sweets are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Elevators, shopping carts, and a bellboy cart save you time and effort when moving in, moving out, or even unloading groceries. With an open floor plan and two of the three baths en suite, this updated unit is especially suited to your family, a group of your close friends, several of your favorite couples, or your next executive stay.

Expansive ocean views and the splendor of natural light are your constant companions here thanks to a 34-foot glass wall directly facing the ocean. The 20-foot span in the living room beckons you onto the 120-ft² balcony, while a 14-foot span in the master bedroom opens onto the private 84-ft² balcony. Without ever leaving the condo, you are able to soak in the rejuvenating salt air or just attune to the calming, rhythmic waves. Easily and naturally, the many benefits inherent to ocean living are yours for the taking.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious and cohesive feel. The open floor plan in combination with the generous area allotted to the living room, dining area, and double-entry kitchen, allow everyone to gather in this shared living space without bumping elbows. While some may be be cooking or dining here, another could be engrossed in a book. A few may be engaged in conversation, playing a game, or just catching some shut-eye. But with a simple turn of the head and a mindful glance toward the beach, each is privy to the same stellar view—whether it be a stately sailing vessel or a playful pod of bottlenose dolphins.

Casual and comfortable furniture throughout encourages you to kick back and nestle into the carefree, slower pace that is southern Florida. Rest assured, though, that no compromise has been made in the quality of finishes here, including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, crown molding, and large travertine floor tiles in every room. Besides a breakfast bar, the kitchen boasts an ice/water dispenser in the refrigerator door, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. For your convenience, and especially for extended stays, there is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

Each of the three spacious bedrooms provides a warm and welcoming haven whenever you need a personal retreat. Privacy is never an issue here, as two of the three baths are en suite, while the third is in the hall just outside the remaining bedroom door. About Ellen

We are Barb and Jeff, a couple of beach-lovers from rural New Jersey who grew tired of the cold and snowy winters. We moved to Deerfield Beach to enjoy the warm weather year-round, to be able to walk to the beach when the spirit moves us, and to be close enough to experience the excitement and international culture of Miami. For us, Deerfield Beach is the perfect mix of casual and sophisticated.

Because 3 international airports are within an hour, arriving at Deerfield Beach from anywhere in the world is convenient. Once here, public transportation (bus, train, tri-rail) is also nearby. We can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Mall shopping, museums, casinos, gardens, and golf are all within a short drive. Deerfield is close to Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Palm Beach to the north; and Fort Lauderdale and Miami to the south. We are able to enjoy Miami as a cultural epicenter and soak in the international energies there, but, at the end of the day, we are always delighted to return to the quieter pace of Deerfield. The award-winning beach is free, clean, guarded, and 50 feet away. We want to share it ALL with you. Kick off your shoes and enjoy the friendly people and laid-back elegance of southern Florida. Deerfield Beach will surely suit your many moods.

Awesome.. best location in Deerfield!

This was my 5th visit to the Ocean Club resort and I am never disappointed. The grounds are always immaculate. All the units I have stayed in were well maintained . Unit 407 had a well equipped kitchen, had plenty of beach towels and chairs ,beautifully decorated and great for family gathering!

Great week at Deerfield Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Club Condo. The rental was a beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the beach and just the right amount of space for our family. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the water was wonderful. Will definitely think about coming back in the future!

Amazing location with all the amenities you need

A group of friends stayed in this condo over 4th of July weekend. This is the perfect place to be for the 4th! We had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony and easy access to the music, food and other venues on the street. Extremely close to the beach and large condo with enough space for all. This condo provided us with all items needed for the beach. The appliances and amenities inside were perfect. We certainly enjoyed our time!

Fabulous Fourth

We had the most amazing time this fourth of July. And you know what helped make it so amazing? Not having to worry about a single thing when it came to our condo. It was immaculate. It was modern. It had a washer and dryer so you could dry you towels and bathing suits. The view is incomparable. The living space is very spacious and the bedrooms, were fabulous. I couldn't have asked for more.
