This classic beach home is located across the street from the beach on the quiet end of Ocean Boulevard near Breach Inlet. The open concept living area offers ocean views, comfortable seating, and a flat screen television. There is seating for 10 at the dining and kitchen tables. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking a low country meal. Children have a designated play area with toys, play kitchen, and desk for coloring or puzzles. Included are DVR players, video library, cable television and internet.
Opening onto the large front screen porch are two queen bedrooms with ocean views. The first bedroom has a full bath with shower. The second bedroom has a full bath with tub. Both bedrooms include flat screen televisions. The two additional bedrooms are designed with kids in mind. One offers two twin beds and a full bath with shower, the other has two twin beds with a trundle. Linens are included.
For added convenience, the house has easy beach access, abundant parking, 3 outdoor showers, and a garage.The changing room by the pool includes a full bath and small kitchen with refrigerator and sink.

Loved location & pool
Seamless entry. I loved the fact that they had more than enough cooking/eating utensils. There is seriously everything you could need for entertaining! Also the grill was ready to go and in the garage there are even leftover floats, corn hole, and board games. That really added to our fun. One note - the trundle bed isn't a real mattress but a really nice blow up. It was a bit of a surprise but not a problem. It really was a great overall experience!
The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.
The tax rate for Isle of Palms is 13.5%. The tax percentage shown is inclusive of additional reservation and service fees applicable to Sweetgrass rental properties.
