Except for events (i.e. Barrett-Jackson, Phoenix Open, Bowl Games, etc.), reservation inquiries made long in advance will receive priority based on whether they are several weeks, a month, or longer in duration.

Scottsdale has been my home since childhood, and I've seen Scottsdale enjoy a lot of growth and expansion over the years, and Scottsdale Down Town Old Town just gets better and better in my opinion. I feel privileged to be able to share with others the opportunity to experience the thriving core of Scottsdale where it all began over a hundred years ago.

This particular property struck me as different than so many that I scouted in the Scottsdale Old Town area. It was built in 1974, and unlike many I viewed, this one offered a lot of architectural interest and huge ceilings--creative and spacious!
The huge setback from the street, the generous shade from the trees, and the diffused light of dusk or dawn makes these two north facing covered patios some of the most relaxing I've experienced for either entertaining or soaking in the experience of being in the moment. Whether to recharge your batteries at the end of the day, or for the more prolonged retreat, this place can nurture the soul; being open to it is up to you. :D
Unit was exactly as described, very clean, well furnished and maintained. Location in walking distance to all of Old Town! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in area and would stay again myself without hesitation, owner met us for a walk through upon arrival and was always available for questions or concerns. Best VRBO experience yet!!!
We were more than pleased with renting at this location. The unit was very clean, well laid out. The beautiful kitchen was well stocked with high quality items. The Owner, Blen, was terrific dealing with any issues within minutes. The location is superb within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and tourist attractions. The street is very quiet which allowed us to sit on the patio and enjoy the weather. We would highly recommend this rental, as we intend to return in the near future. Thanks a million Blen!

Beautifully remodeled condo close to old town! I stayed a week alone while I was looking for a place to live. I found it to be wonderfully stocked, with a comfy bed, a great location to old town and easy access to freeways. Blen was easily accessible, especially when the alarm wouldn't shut off....but, even with that having the alarm system was nice! He's done a wonderful job with the entertainment center (TV, Music, Movies, sound system, etc). Quiet neighborhood, although old building, he's done an amazing job with it. Would stay here again with no hesitation!
This condo is truly the best vrbo property we have ever rented and we have done so all over the world. All the previous reviews have nailed it and we can whole heartedly say amen. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, so well stocked, excellent kitchen, great bed, quiet, perfect location for all things in Old Town, helpful and kind host in Blen. What a pleasure to have spent three weeks here and we already look forward to returning.
My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 days during Spring Training. We like walking to restaurants, the Scottsdale Stadium, shops, etc. and found this location to be excellent. Other attractions, such as the Desert Botanical Garden, are a short drive. Overall, this is a very convenient location with easy access. The property itself is well maintained with many nice amenities. The video/audio center is state-of-the-art. The unit is well stocked (e.g., paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, spices) by the owner, which was much appreciated by us. In our experience, we have never rented a unit anywhere that was as well stocked as this one. The owner was very helpful and responsive when one item malfunctioned (i.e., the modem died and he immediately purchased and installed another one). In our opinion, it is a big advantage when the owner lives nearby. We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay at this property again.
Loft Condo in Scottsdale Down Town, Old Town area. Under a mile from the Waterfront. Locally known as the Garden District and Art District of Scottsdale Old Town. Two blocks south of Valley Ho Resort. Great walking neighborhood for Art Walk, Fifth Avenue, Waterfront, Civic Center, Library, Fashion Square, downtown Scottsdale restaurants and services. Quiet residential block with lazy sidewalks, trees older than most residents, and plenty of smiles. Perfect retreat for peace and quiet, and close proximity to plenty of activities in both the daytime and the evening. Popular for so much to do within walking distance, and forgiving on the feet with an abundance of bicycle pedicabs and plentiful golf cart cabs for when you've worn out your walking shoes.
Enjoy shopping, restaurants and sites. The art galleries on Main Street or Marshall Way; the park benches, statues, water features of Scottsdale Civic Center; Scottsdale Stadium for the baseball fan; wide range of restaurants and lounges and bars to offer the intimate setting or the crowded hotspot, the cigar lounge or the vegan delight; Cinemas with blockbuster titles and art house film gems; nationally re-known shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square; live performance venues at the Scottsdale Civic Center Virginia Piper Theatre, Stagebrush, and Desert Stages; waterfront canal sites, sounds, smells, and culinary discoveries; bicycle friendly lanes on many streets, and several paths available completely free from vehicular traffic, including beautiful journey from Scottsdale Waterfront to Tempe Town Lake; 4 miles to the Desert Botanical Garden and the Phoenix Zoo.

The following fee schedule shall determine the application of Cancellation Charges:
(1) For cancellations occurring more than 60 days prior to Check-in Date, there is no Cancellation Charge.
(2) For cancellations occurring 16-60 days prior to Check-in Date, a Cancellation Charge of One Half of the Base Fee shall apply, and Occupant shall entitled to be refunded One Half of the Base Fee.
(3) For cancellations made 15 days or less prior to Check-in Date, there are no refunds.
Reservation quotes do not include Security Deposit. Travelers pay minimum Security Deposit of $500.00 (fully refundable) through separate online transaction after initial reservation payment processing.
