Beautiful house in a stunning location on a beautiful island.

Joana's house is about as perfect as it gets. Immaculately decorated and equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. Beautiful views of the harbour with amazing beaches and restaurants just a short walk away.

The photographs just don't do it enough justice.

Would love to come back again soon.

Lovely place to stay

We had a very relaxing stay in this beautiful apartment. We were met by the host Joana and her husband who gave a thorough guide to the flat, the town/beaches and Majorca generally.

We particularly enjoyed the option of cycling to Es Trenc on the bikes provided as well as exploring the rest of the East Coast beaches by car. The town is quiet and it is lovely to be able to open the large windows in the apartment to let the sea breeze in. The seaside views from the apartment are stunning.

Fantastic view

We had a really fantastic time in this nice house with an amazing view. The house was modern, clean and had enough space for all of us (2 adults + 4 teenagers). We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen in the backyard and the perfect espresso mashine with milk steamer :-) Beaches and restaurants in walking distance.

Joana was very friendly and helpful.

Deducting 1 rating star only for the traffic on the road in front of the terrace.

Wir (4- köpfige Familie mit erwachsenen Töchtern) hatten eine wunderschöne und sonnige Osterwoche in Joanas Haus und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Blick aufs Meer von den verschiedenen Terrassen sowie die moderne, stilvolle und individuelle Einrichtung des Hauses haben wir sehr genossen! Alles perfekt für uns!

Wir kommen gerne im Frühjahr, wenn es auf der Insel noch nicht so voll ist, wieder.

Great apartment with a little issue

Great apartment with high quality, tasty/stylish and great interior. The host is a very kind and friendly person who did everything to make us feel at home from arrival to departure - thanks so much. The location is nice and although after season (end of October-beginning November) there have been a small shop, a great bakery and some (rather expensive) restaurants in walking distance still open.

The only slightly less pleasant thing is the road between the sea and the apartment. The road literally is 3m form the living room/master bedroom/top livingroom/terrace and there is quit some noise from the cars and especially the numerous motorbikes passing by. Even with closed windows this is really disturbing as there is also traffic at night and we needed 2 nights to "get used" to it - certainly also because at home we have the privilege of no traffic noise affecting us .

I guess this is somehow reflected in the rental price so overall it was a good experience and deal and I can certainly recommend it for people who are less sensitive to road traffic noise.

Owner's Response: This is how the village Sa Rapita is, in front of the sea there is this road to go to the closest villages and the beach. And certainly , if you live in a countryside house you are not used to hearing any noise. By the way, this year I'm changing the windows for another thicker windows (they were very thin) in order to improve it for this kind of guests. Thanks for your nice words about the house and my attention to you.
