A note about the owners: Doug and Brenda live on Northern Vancouver Island and have 4 daughters. We vacationed for a number of years in various places in Hawaii, and finally decided to purchase in Lahaina.

Loved our stay at Aina Nalu

Lots of positives from our stay at Aina Nalu A101. Location is awesome within the complex as it is adjacent to the smaller pool and extra close to the large pool as well. Air conditioning helped us out as although we like the Maui heat, we like to sleep in cooler accommodations. Like the ground floor access. Pools were very nice. Loved the temperature as not too cold to spend time in and relax and still able to cool off from the heat. Mornings and early afternoons the pools were quiet and we basically had the pool and the lounge chairs to ourselves. Very comfortable lounge chairs and the complex is so lush with the tropical lantsveverywhere. The condo space is spacious and well equipped for all our needs. Loved that the complex is absolutely in a great location in the town of Lahaina and close to "everything". Too bad about the sad parking situation as there is parking for hundreds of cars on site but very few people who actually parked there as the owners of the property demand a $20.00 per day parking fee. Sad. We lucked out and were able to find a spot on the street for most of our stay and as you can easily walk everywhere you need to go, we just left the vehicle there and it was not a huge issue for us in the end. Too bad otherwise the review would be spotless.

Street parking is available for free and on-site parking is $20/day or $125/month. This charge is collected at the front desk. If you decide to pay for parking on property, Outrigger Aina Nalu requires payment for your full stay or the remainder of your stay (if you purchase a pass mid-way through your vacation). Coconut Condos has negotiated rates at a parking lot across the street for $10/day. Please note, for stays 14 days or longer, we do require a mid-stay clean for an additional fee of $115+tax.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be given for storms and hurricanes. In the case of “Hurricane Warning” for Maui, a one-time date change, without penalty, will be available within 48 hours of arrival. Date changes must be made within 1 calendar year of original dates of stay.
