4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, SUPER Convenient Location
This one is all about the location. 402 Woodside- google it. Local real estate agents call this area the “Gold Coast,” due to premium location. Moving up from Main Street, there is Park Ave and then Woodside Ave, and we are right next to the stairs. The city stairs drop you right into the middle of Main Street, 1/2 of the shops and restaurants are to the right and the other half is to the left. No Name Saloon and Chimayo restaurant are right there at 4th and Main. If you're into shopping Gorsuch, Kühl, and Lululemon are also right there.
For skiing, you walk 2 mins, one level block in your boots, go up the stairs and you are on Quittin' Time. Click in and ski right down to the Town Lift. This is the best of both worlds for EASY town and ski access. We don't rent a car when we're here- we just use Uber for the rare times you need to go beyond skiing and Main Street. If you want to ski Canyons, they are now connected by a Tram so you can access from this house. Deer Valley has free buses running from town to the base at Deer Valley.
The house is an older 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large living room/ common area with an open plan to the kitchen, dining, and living room. All common area is upstairs and the 4 bedrooms are downstairs. It has been refreshed with new paint, carpet, beds, linens, and decor in the fall of 2017. It has 3 rooms with Queen beds and 1 bunk room with 4 twins. Sleeps 10 total. You can see from the photos that the bedrooms are relatively small. We installed a new flatscreen TV in the living room with Comcast. High Speed Wifi throughout. See our other park city listing (vrbo 678840) for 5 star feedback on us as owners.
The living room has 2 dedicated seating areas with the ability to watch the TV from any of the 4 couches. There is a large dining table with seating for 10. The owner is a gourmet cook and has outfitted it with all you need to prepare and serve meals. New toaster, new coffee maker, crock pot, new cast iron and non-stick pans. There are all new serving platters and bowls, and everything you need to host a family gathering or small party. Washer/ Dryer in the house.
No garage, but there is a dedicated parking space large enough for a Suburban. Skis are stored securely on the deck. There is a cubby storage for helmets, gloves, etc...

We are a family of 5 from the Bay Area that fell in love with Park City and Utah. We work with local property managers in Park City in case you need anything during your stay. Why Owner chose Old Town
We have been owners in PC since 2013 and were watching the market closely, hoping to find a home in this location. This one came up and we jumped at the chance to buy it as the location cannot be beat. You are THIS close to skiing but not too high up or far from town which makes some homes in PC difficult to walk back to. It is the perfect balance between ski/ Main St access
What makes this House unique
Unless you have little kids, age 5 and under and will be going to ski school every day, I don't recommend renting a car as you can walk to town and skiing. For grocery shopping and other trips away from Main Street, we just use Uber.

One of the most important things about a place to stay is that the beds are comfortable. All people in my party said their bed was very comfortable. The home is also in a terrific location with stairs that go down to main street in about 1 minute which is extremely convenient. There are many restaurants and bars available to walk to which is great.
Convenient House in downtown Park City
Great house for a group that likes to ski AND go out in town. Walk to both slope down to town lift as well as Main st. Central bus center also an easy walk so no need to have a car. Owners were amazing to work with and very accommodating and helpful. Great experience all around.
Great Park City Rental
First time in Park City, and already want to go back. House would comfortably sleep 10 people with room to spare. Furnishings are just as nice as photos indicate. Absolutely perfect location; basically ski-in-ski-out, with ~100 yard walk to the "Quit'n Time" trail, which leads directly down to the main Town Lift. Also, house is directly next to 4th street stairway which takes you right to Main St., literally a 1 minute walk from front door to Main St. Definitely don't need a car if you stay here.
Have been to all the major ski resorts in Colorado, and Park City is new favorite spot.
Absolutely recommend this place.
great location for dining and skiing.
Large, comfortable living room. Fully stocked kitchen- including coffee grinder. Extra large dining table for family meals. Wifi worked great. washer and dryer was very nice to have. Short walk to town lift and all the shops and restaurants on Main St and Park Ave.
