About Avigail Tarchini
Mary Ellen and I have been vacationing in Cabo with family and friends for over 18 years. We started off as timeshare owners in Cabo with the intent to trade our timeshare for other resorts around Mexico and the Caribbean. That never happened. After our very first visit to Cabo, we knew we had found a special place to vacation. Cabo is beautiful, fun, relaxing (if you want), lots of water sports to choose from, fishing, golf, whale watching, so many great places to eat and drink, shopping, the people and shop owners of Cabo are welcoming and helpful.
Avigail Tarchini purchased this Condo in 2016
Why Avigail Tarchini chose Cabo San Lucas
Four years ago we decided Cabo would be our winter home once we retired. Our search for a home we could call our own did not take long. As a timeshare owner of the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, we were given the opportunity to invest in the Copala community. We knew if the quality of the Copala community was anything like the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, Copala would be a great place to own. We closed on our Copala condo in 2016. Mi Casa es Su Casa is our home away from home.
What makes this Condo unique
We look forward to many years of sharing Mi Casa es Su Casa with our family and friends. We hope Cabo and Mi Casa es Su Casa will be a part of everyone’s favorite vacation memories.

Copala is great but...
There was no hot water to the unit for 2 days. While they eventually fixed the problem, I feel I was first met with excuses, which left my group with a bad impression. The unit was also not as clean as one of the other units we rented, which compounded the problem. Hopefully, we won’t have to endure this in the future since we became owners while there in order to avoid having to deal with renting from with other owners.
It was nice to extend our vacation at your Copala unit. We liked the fact that we could get a shuttle to PBSunset and enjoy their facilities, too. We used the shuttle into town quite a few times. The Copala shuttle drivers were very nice. Especially Joaquin and Jesus. I liked the fact that I could use the trails to walk. Our pool was nice, but we did enjoy the clubhouse pool, too. The waiters there were super nice, too. We did have a little problem with the electricity, but they addressed it right away. We did site a couple problems that we hope you will address, before any one else stays and also hope that we will get our whole deposit back. We did buy a toaster and leave it. There was a little noise from the constant building of other units and houses, but that should resolve itself soon. Thanks for sharing.
condio was nice
The property was very nice and the condo was also great but it’s too far the down town area of Las Cabos. The property shuttles were not as efficient as we would like. I would recommend renting a car.
Copola is very nice, quiet with great nearby amenities
Copola is part of the Pueblo Bonita Sunset development with 2 hotels, Quivera golf course, and several residential neighborhoods. When you stay in Copola, you have access to all the other amenities and it's all gated/safe (plus Copola is gated within the gated area!). The gym at Copola was nice (and I had it to myself). The pools/restaurants at the hotels were enjoyable with a wide variety of restaurant options. It's also a quick $14 tax ride to downtown or Medano beach.
The unit was nicely decorated and spacious with comfy beds. The local contact was quick to respond to questions/issues. We also had access to a Copola concierge.
Thank you for your stay with us. We are looking forward to welcome you and your family soon!!
Nice condo had all of the necessities but none of the extras
