Good for its price
The property is an older 1930's build and the lay out and décor are reflected by this. The two living rooms are nicely decorated and furnished and comfortable. The two bedrooms are also decorated nicely and good sizes. The kitchen however is in need of attention, the freezer is not accessible and cupboards are cluttered. The bathroom is also dated with shower operated via the taps but it is a good size and their was plenty of linen and towels. The house a nice outlook to the front, but a small back yard.
Home from home
A lovely homely cosy property. It has everything you need and in a lovely location. Very peaceful yet handy for so many places of interest. Plenty of dog walks nearby too. Hope to return.
Fantastic house and stay
We had a great stay in this house and fitted our little family well. The kitchen is amply stocked with everything you'd need for cooking with and the living room and bedrooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. The sunsets are amazing here too - they light up the whole house with beautiful colours.
Lovely Homely House
Lovely clean and well equipped house. Excellent position in a quiet area with easy access to many of the local attractions. We were visiting Alton Towers for a couple of days and this property was ideal for our needs. We will definitely be booking to come back -possibly later this year dependant upon work commitments but definitely next year. Thank you for providing such a lovely house for us to stay in.
lightwood stoke on trent
The place was lovely, nice and clean and spacious, location was ideal for us. Unfortunately, we had no sooner unpacked when we received a phone call telling us our daughter had been in an accident and was in hospital, so we had to return home the next morning after only one night.
She is okay now and out of hospital.
Great value, nice outlook, good location
The closest pub no longer serves food 🙁But the next nearest isn't far away. 🙂Lots of takeaways and eateries within a short drive. Good location for Alton Towers and all the potteries, as well as Stoke-on-Trent. Good facilities at the accommodation to cater for 4. I had not noticed on my booking that it was 2 double rooms and we have a girl and a boy but there was a blow up bed and spare bedding as well as an extra living room so potential teen tantrum crisis was averted. 👍𣐼
