Dozens of west valley golf courses are in the area. Quick highway access with no traffic gets you to the Surprise Spring Training facility and Peoria Sports Complex, plus explore Scottsdale and Central Phoenix for exquisite dining, art galleries and upscale shopping. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the nearby Lake Pleasant Parkway area and Arrowhead as well. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Prescott, Sedona, Payson and Flagstaff are excellent day trip adventures from here. The house has a master bedroom with a king bed and beautiful master bathroom. Brand new 42” Smart TV in the master bedroom. There is a guest suite with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Another bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full) with a designated bathroom. The bunk beds are able to hold adults: top bunk max weight 250lbs and bottom bunk max weight 350lbs. We are working on making the den into a game room, but there’s an air mattress available in there now to bump the accommodations to 9 people. The dining table can extend with a leaf and accommodate up to 8 people with some additional chairs in the garage. The living room also has a brand new 50” Smart TV. Both TV’s have Direct TV with access to apps for Internet TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available through the house as well. We live just 5 minutes away and want to insure a wonderful experience. This was my first home and I put a lot of heart into it. We loved living in it for the short time we did and I’m glad I get to share the experience with guests now. Vistancia is a beautiful place to be with a great community vibe. We loved it so much we now have two houses here! Enjoy!
