Our spacious condo was totally updated in 2017 including a fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets, upgraded slate finish appliances, recessed lighting and kitchen ware; a newly appointed bathroom with new vanity, fixtures, lighting and mirror; new flooring and carpeting throughout; and all new furnishings. Both bedrooms have queen-sized, plush, Euro-top mattresses, tall bureaus, nightstands, lighting and alarm clocks. The larger bedroom has 2 queen beds and a 4K 50” SMART TV with a Blu-ray player. The living room has a pullout couch, cozy gas fireplace and a 4K 55” SMART TV with a 4K ready Blu-ray player. The dining area comfortably fits a dining table that seats 6. Our corner unit is located on the 2nd floor of the back building, allowing great cross breezes and the balcony overlooks the garden area. The Killington Gateway community offers a pool, 2 tennis courts and easy access to the area’s numerous amenities from exceptional skiing to sightseeing in nearby Lake George and Quechee Gorge. Our condo is turnkey and ready for your family’s fun and adventures in the Pico/Killington area all year round. The Killington Adventure Center, located nearby on the Killington Access Road, will keep the kids entertained all day long with numerous activities. The Killington Access Road offers outdoor adventures like snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, exploring and shopping while your nightlife is filled with outstanding restaurants and entertainment. About The Owner

I live in Florida but I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts. I love coming to Vermont because there are so many activities to do in all seasons. Winter, there is skiing or snowboarding among others. In the spring and summer, there is rafting, tubing, mountain biking, golfing, tennis and a pool. In fall there are gondola rides and the foliage of the trees.

Why The Owner chose Mendon

This property is a large condo with many features to keep you busy. Outside there is a balcony that overlooks a garden. A twin tennis court right next to the giant pool. Inside there is a fully stocked kitchen and all new appliances. Everything has been renovated and is brand new. The living room has a pullout couch and seats 8 people. With a 4K 55" TV and a 4K upscaling Blu-ray player. adjacent to the living room there is a dining area that seats 6 with cushioned chairs. The kid's room has a 4K 50" TV and a Blu-ray player. With two queen beds. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The killing access road is but a short drive and on the mountain, there is an adventure center with numerous activities. Pico mountain is also a quick drive. Downtown Rutland is about a 15-minute drive and has many restaurants, plazas, and things to do.

This property has many features, there are so many things to do. Downtown Rutland is about a 15-minute drive and it offers a huge selection of things to do, like going to the cinemas, outdoor concerts, and plaza malls. On Killington mountain also a short drive and has many activities on the mountain including mountain biking, hiking, snowbaording, skiing, and the adventure center.

Great location, very spacious!

The place is fantastic. Plenty of room to gather after a long day of skiing. Very close to both mountains. Fantastic rates. We will definitely be renting again next year!

Great, clean, convenient

Our stay at Steve’s condo was perfect. Everything was in great condition and clean when we arrived. It easily accommodated all 8 of us. Steve is a great communicator, responding in a timely fashion and very clear with instructions. Condo is a very easy 15 minute drive from killington mountain. 10/10 and would book again!
