We are a family who loves skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer. We bought this condominium after looking all over for a beautiful and convenient building in a fantastic ski-resort. This place fit the bill. We hope to share it with other families and to provide all the amenities and high end luxuries that we enjoy ourselves on vacation.
Heidi Brodsky purchased this condo in 2013

We absolutely loved our stay in Beaver Creek over Presidents Week. The condo was in a perfect location, accessible to all (lifts, shopping, restaurants, ski rentals and lift tickets in the building etc) but also had a more serene and private feeling than some the big resorts. The condo was beautiful, with all the comforts of home. The owner Heidi was extremely helpful getting us set up and with anything we needed along the way. Additionally, the complex amenities such as the heated pool, hot tubs, ski lockers, game room and work out facility were top notch. It was a perfect ski week with our family, we definitely plan to return!
We stayed here for 5 nights over spring break with our three children (ages 5, 9 & 10) and my parents--a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. This condo was just as advertised: amazing location, all the conveniences of home, plenty of room to relax, high-end finishes, the works.
Heidi was very responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly answering questions I had before booking. All the info we needed for arrival and checking in was clear and concise, and we had no trouble getting into the unit. My first impression upon entering was that the condo was more spacious than the photos made it appear--particularly in the main living area. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and relax, and we particularly appreciated the very large dining table--enough room to keep a puzzle going on one end while eating at the other!
The condo was very clean, well-stocked and maintained. There were plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., and the kitchen had all the basics for cooking like oils and spices. The building itself was very nice as well. Underground parking was great for keeping the car warm and dry, and made loading/unloading luggage and groceries into the provided carts very easy. The lobby/lounge has a pool table (we did not use), and an amazing chess set (which we did use). The unit has a double ski locker to store gear in, which also has a boot/glove dryer inside. Plenty of room in there for our 5 sets of skis--could definitely fit more. The pool and hot tubs were great--good temperatures (my kids loved that the pool was warm) and well-maintained; not at all crowded while we were there, though our stay was Sunday-Friday, so I cannot attest to how crowded it gets over a weekend. There's also a ski rental shop right in the building--great service, gear and convenience.
The location for skiing can't be beat--the lift is literally right outside the door; there was never a line to get on, and it takes you right up to the Bachelor Gulch area. There are several restaurants nearby, and there's also a free shuttle service that picks up right in front of the building and takes you to the main village. It runs often (every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day) and is quite convenient. There's also the option during the day to hop onto the Riverfront Gondola (no lift ticket needed), also right in front of the building, that takes you to the area where the Westin is. Dining recommendation: Grouse Mountain Grille!
The condo was large, beautifully furnished and appointed. It was close to restaurants and the ski lift and rental store were located it just downstairs from us. Just perfect! We are planning on going back soon.
The unit is beautifully decorated and cozy. One of our very favorite places out of 20+ years of ski vacations. The reservation itself was so easy and well handled. Can't say enough about how easy this reservation was from beginning to end. Highly recommend this unit and management.
I stayed here with my three daughters. The place is great. The condo itself is in great condition. More importantly, it literally right next to the lift. Plus it is a great pool and two hot tubs. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Beaver Creek. The accommodations were well maintained and very relaxing. We did have difficulty managing the front door lock (difficult to enter the property). In addition, the second bedroom was so full of beds (2 doubles and a bunk) that it was hard to maneuver in.
Free shuttle bus to Beaver Creek Village. Vail Village easily accessible by bus.
