**Rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed and we receive full payment.** Tax Rate is required by the city of San Diego on all short term rentals. This goes straight to the city. The cleaning fee is a one-time fee. I have a team of housekeepers that clean from 10 am (check out time) to 4 pm (check in time) prior and after your stay. If you need an early check-in (before 4 pm) or late check-out (after 10 am) I may accommodate by hiring an additional housekeeper for ($75 plus tax) depending on availability. Please give me notice as soon as possible so I can book the proper staff. Just let me know when you know. I will do my best to hire at the last minute too. I will need to charge you the cost to clean for non-planned late check outs in order to get the place ready for the next guest by 4 pm. Thanks for understanding. Feel free to call, email or text me with any questions or special requests, i.e. late or early check-in (need to hire an additional housekeeper), personal chef, we do the grocery shopping, massages, concierge services, beach and bike rentals, crib and kids chairs, etc. **Again, rates are subject to change until your reservation is confirmed and we receive full payment.**
PET POLICY FEE - Have Pets?? Cats, Dogs ok; just let us know and we'll supply the beds, bowls and toys. We would LOVE to host your pets - We charge $25 per pet per day/night plus tax PLUS a 1 time Hypo Allergenic cleaning fee of $75 plus tax.
EXTRA GUEST POLICY FEE - Yes, we may accommodate additional guests day and night. We would love for you to enjoy our home with family and friends! Yes, as mentioned in the contract, ad and house tips we offer a discounted base rate so groups of two and under may enjoy the house without paying for the maximum number of people - up to 8. Like hotels (suite w/ multiple rooms vs. single bed rooms), we charge for guests over two to cover out of pocket costs: mandatory occupancy tax, discounted rent, linens, towels, supplies, beds, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, breakage, wear and tear, etc. The price is proportionate to the number of guests. Like hotels, since the set up, washing linens and cleaning are the same as if a guests stays a partial versus the entire stay we need a maximum count of guests for your entire stay. Also hotels which charge day fees, day pool passes, sell food and beverage, do not allow outside food or beverages, merchandise and parking to help pay for the cost of day visitors. You save by bringing your own food and beverages! :) The City is now very strict on occupancy guest count for both day and night and the mandatory occupancy tax. Your reservation guest count for both day and night is the maximum number of guests allowed at the house at all times day and night. The city is trying to prevent overcrowding of rooms/house, noisy parties and groups booking a hotel room or house for two guests but hosting daytime and overnight guests above this number. (The City will fine you $2500 per day for the guest count for both day and night for not being accurate.) The discount/fee is $25 per person per night and $15 per person per day over two guests plus the mandatory city occupancy tax. Thanks for letting us know your accurate guest count. Invite Your Friends and Family to Save More Per Person. Our home sleeps 6 guests. By splitting the fix rates by the maximum number of guests you all will pay less per person and enjoy super savings per person especially over hotels who can not accommodate larger numbers without paying for more rooms. Thank you for letting me know your guest count for both day and night has increased. I will adjust your reservation and let housekeeping know to set up additional bedding, linen and supplies with payment.
Guests will have access to the whole house including garage just for washer and dryer. We have a one car drive way along with plenty of street parking. Please respect our neighborhood and our neighbors!
NOTE: We OFFER our Pack & Play, high chair, low chair and Cribs for rent. SPECIAL OFFER $30+tax per day/night! plus a delivery fee.
We also offer an air condition package for $25 per day at 70 degrees to keep rent down for guests who prefer the OCEAN breeze.

The Space Totally remodeled beautiful home w/ 3 bedrooms 2 baths completely furnished with everything you need (don't have it...let us know and we will do our best to get it) Each room has a Queen size bed, a dresser (master bedroom has 2 dressers and closet with extra pillows & blankets. 1 Air mattress and large comfy couches for extra sleeping space if needed.1 Large sectional sofa and 2nd sofa for plenty of lounge seating in living room. Large 65" Smart TV with Satellite Cable, Fast WiFi internet! Whole house A/C if needed. Fully furnished kitchen with all new Stainless Steel appliances, whisper quiet dishwasher. Private FULLY FENCED backyard (backyard is in the process of being redone). Patio w/ Gas BBQ Table and Chairs. Laundry is located in garage (garage is only allowed for use of washer/dryer) One driveway parking space & free street parking available. Beach supplies include cooler, volleyball, beach chair, beach towels (located in garage next to washer/dryer) Guest access Guests have private access to the entire 3b/2b home and shared access to the garage with laundry, as the owner who lives next door would like the option to park their car in the garage. If you would like to use the one car garage privately, please inquire. Interaction w/ guests Our staff is available to you 24/7. Please let us know if you have any questions, comments, concerns, feedback and/or need any recommendations. We are here to help! Owners live next door and are happy to give their recommendations on places to enjoy a good bite to eat or craft beer close by! The owners will also come in the side gate to take out the trash bins every on Sunday, mow the front yard every other Friday and water the backyard orange tree. Other things to note Crib/pack 'n play/surfboards are available on a first come first basis for a small fee. Ask for details

My house sleeps up to 8 people and splitting the fixed rates by 8 each person pays less per day/night and you all enjoy a super savings over hotels. Bottom line vacation homes versus hotels save you money on meals and drinks as you don't have to go out to eat three meals a day. And hotels charge more tax, parking, internet, movies, etc.

Take a bike ride or enjoy a nice walk to stroll down to see all that Pacific Beach has to offer! Walking or biking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and the surf and sand!
Awesome spacious place with everything you'll need! Walk to the beach and enjoy the wide boardwalk great for a nice beach cruiser bike ride (bikes available to rent nearby) walk, run, skateboard or roller blade along the miles and miles of boardwalk along Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and Sail Bay and Mission Bay! Single Level, Ground floor, 10 mins to sea world, anywhere in Pacific & Mission Beaches, Crystal Pier, numerous bars and restaurants, close to all San Diego has to offer!!
