Since we purchased this property in 1990 has been our refuge from the cold days and nights of Alaska. We have spend serene sunny days here and now you have the opportunity to enjoy that yourself. We keep coming back as often as we can.

Walking distance to markets,restaurants and other business...even the Post Office, allows our visitors the chance to park their cars and stretch their legs after working on their tan. The great views from our lanai,the sandy beach and the great pool area make this property the perfect place to spend relaxing days.
Location ,location, location...single level end unit.
We spent 10 days in this unit, and absolutely loved the location, the view and the condo. Several of our friends have stayed in different units in the complex, so we had good reviews in general. We felt it was the best unit, on a ground floor, about 5 steps from the pool and just a few more steps from the beach. The pool is very secure. Since it's on the end of the building, it was very private and quiet as well. It is very spacious and clean, and exactly as the pictures show. The complex is within walking distance of a grocery store and several restaurants, etc. so very convenient. We had our 10-year old with us, and she loved it as well. This was our first time using VRBO and we had no problems with access to the unit. Everything was as described. It was well equipped with extras for beach time, etc. The VRBO unit manager, Gabriel, was very prompt in responding to any questions we had prior to our arrival. We would love to stay here again. I would actually give it 5 stars, except the only thing we wished the unit had would have been a small air conditioner. The humidity was at least 110 nearly every day. There are fans in the unit, but A/C would have been great. Locals we spoke to had not remembered the heat like that in many years, so it was rather unusual. Yes, it could use some updating, but we found it very accommodating and comfortable. All in all though, we love the unit and would love to come back...maybe not in August :) Thank you for sharing your home away from home!
the property had a great view and the pool was wonderful. It was quiet and not loud no partiers which was nice. The condo itself was okay, it was comfortable and accessible. it could use some updating but it worked just fine for us. We didn't swim at the beach the water was dirty don't know if that is common for that area or because they just had a storm but the beach is a nice walk along beach to take an early morning stroll. overall we had a good stay.
Central Kihei location allows the visitor to be able to walk to many restaurants and convenience stores.
