Large traditional 5 bedroom house with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Sleeps up to ten guests.

Ground floor - comfortable lounge with 40 inch television, first double bedroom and large dining kitchen.

First floor - bathroom/wc, shower room/wc, second double bedroom, third double bedroom and fourth double bedroom.

Second floor - fifth double bedroom.

There is free wi fi throughout the house.

The house has full gas central heating and double glazing.

Bright rooms with bright colours throughtout the house.

Free on street parking outside the house.

Wavertree Liverpool L15 is conveniently situated 2.5 miles from Liverpool city centre and 6 miles from John Lennon Airport.

There are frequent buses to the city centre and the Airport just 150 metres away on Smithdown Road.

Smithdown Road also has numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

World famous Penny Lane is a ten minute walk from the house.

Beautiful Sefton Park and Wavertree Playground are a five minute walk away.

Liverpool and Everton football stadiums are four miles from the house.

Liverpool city centre is a 20 minute bus ride away, with all its shops, cathedrals, Mersey Ferry, museums, art galleries, Philharmonic Hall, Liverpool Echo Arena and the Albert Dock.

Overall the property was a good size with 5 double bedrooms and a good size kitchen and 2 bathrooms

The property was very spacious which was good for Christmas with my large family, and the kitchen was great for Christmas dinner too. It was in a good location, two brand supermarkets were just down the road and there were many small businesses in walking distance. There was easy access to public transport and the area is very quiet. We stayed for four nights and we did enjoy it. However, there are some things that could be improved; all the house’s doors are very squeaky which we found very annoying especially at night time when we were trying to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to big group of people and I would definitely stay again there in the future.

Relación calidad - precio muy bien.

El dueño muy amable a la llegada y nos dejó dejar las maletas hasta la hora de irnos al aeropuerto.

La casa está en zona tranquila con algún restaurante y pubs cerca. Hay supermercado también.

Muy cerca de la paradade bus al centro.

La ubicación:está un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad. Y los baños están regular
