This contemporary 1-bedroom apartment is a fully-equipped self-catering apartment whose open plan living room leads out to a terrace which is ideal for alfresco dining, watching the boats on the fjord or simply relaxing. Completed in Summer 2017, the apartment is on ground floor and has 1 bedroom with queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living -dining room, bathroom with heated floors (walk-in shower, washine machine) air-conditioning, private parking, and with the double sofa bed in the living room it can accommodate up to 4 persons. The air-conditioning and floor heating as well as heated floors and towel drier in bathroom ensure it is cool in summer and warm in winter.
The apartment is situated in Dobrota, a pretty residential neighbourhood within 10 mins walk of Kotor old town, St John Fortress, and local beach. It is a short drive to Perast or Tivat, and and has spectacular views over the Bay of Kotor and the surrounding mountains. There are restaurants and bars - including the ones on local promenade and in Kotor old town - and a local shopping center, supermarket, banks, beaches - all within easy walking distance.

The UNESCO listed walled town of Kotor is a showcase of crumbling churches and Venetian-inspired architecture, with palaces of wealthy seamen dotted along the shore. Wedged between brooding mountains and a moody corner of the bay, the achingly atmospheric Kotor (Котор) is perfectly at one with its setting. Hemmed in by staunch walls snaking improbably up the surrounding slopes, the town is a medieval maze of museums, churches, cafe-strewn squares and Venetian palaces and pillories. It’s a dramatic and delightful place where the past coexists with the present.
The apartment is located about 500 meters from the old town Of Kotor in Dobrota which is effectively a residential suburb of Kotor, starting north of Kotor's Old Town and stretching along the shoreline for 5km. Despite the close proximity to its famous neighbour, it retains a distinctive feel. While Kotor looks inwards from its walls, Dobrota gazes out to sea.
A few supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping center, banks, and tourist attractions are all in easy walking distance to the apartment.

Foreign citizens are required to register with local police and pay local tourist tax of 0.8 euros pp per day and 0.4 euros p child 12-18 yo per day +1 euro within 24 hours of arriving in Montenegro and whenever they change address. We are happy do this on your behalf (which is the reason you’re asked to hand over your passport and local tax in cash when you check-in, you will be returned your passports on the same day or on the next day depending on the local tourist office opening hours and your arrival time).
