Elegant and comfortable Victorian condo well-kept in the serene Golf of Mexico
What is Chill At The Shores – Victorian. Well we are a couple who decided to start a new business on Vacation Rental Homes. This is our first home and we are super excited about it. We have taken the time to decorate and prepared our beach condo for our enjoy, but also to to share it with our guests when we are not in Galveston.
We are new in this business, which means we need your reviews. We are willing to listen to lower you offer in order to have the reviews we need.
The unit it's located at The Victorian Condominiums, the complex has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs with spa, Fitness Center and tennis court, covered parking, conference center and the Sea Side Bistro. It is a very quiet condominium. The Victorian is in one of the most centered areas of Galveston. Right off the 61st St, at the Seawall Blvd and surrounded by the City Central Blvd that takes you to the coolest amenities of Galveston like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Water Park (opened all year around). You will be just a few minutes away and most of the time walking distances of all the fun that the island has to offer.
The unit it's a 474 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath room with bunk beds and a queen size sofa sleeper, kitchenette and an ample balcony facing a magnificent view of the Gulf of Mexico. All towels, linens and toiletries are provided.
We are offering the most competitive price in the area, We are constantly monitoring the prices fluctuation in the area to offer to our prospect guests the best price for the best unit. Always considering that there is an operational and taxable fee we don't want to rip off your pocket. All we want is you take care of what we have to offer, to enjoy your stay and help us to be better.

You must bring your contract with you, a must registration fee of $20 per stay, will be collected at the Registration Office, main guests will sign the Home Owners Association's rules and expectations agreement. They will provide the amenities and Wi-Fi passwords, wristbands (required to be used all the time at the pool) and very important the parking permit (vehicle and occupants information will be obtain from the guests prior to registration and provided to the office). Your vehicle(s) must have the parking permit all the time while in the parking. Fail to do that will cause your vehicle to be towed and Chill at the Shores, LLC, the condo unit owners or The Victorian Condominium will not be responsible to pay for them.

About Rita and Marcelo
We are from Argentina and Puerto Rico. Marcelo, is a Systems Developer Engineer and Rita, works in the Real Estate Business with REO properties. Since we married 15 years ago, our dream was to have a front beach property. Due to the economical crisis in Puerto Rico, 9 years ago we decided to move to Texas with our two daughters looking for a great place to call home with only $20 dollars in our pocket. In 2012 we bought our first home in Aubrey, TX and we love this country area. We learn to love Texas, their people, the country, the opportunities, we cannot be more grateful of this wonderful state. We learned so much of their customs, their passions, the history and the infinite love they have to USA. We become Harley Davidson enthusiasts, we love, respect and appreciate our wonderful friends. Texas keeps us real and grounded with the hard work and guides us to set new goals to achieve. Never lost the dream of a beachfront property, and after all this time, working very hard, finally in August 2017 we reached that dream. They we understood that there are many people, who loved to be close to the shores, but they are not so lucky or cannot afford to do that. This is the very moment that we decided to share it with you. To do that we open our company, Chill At The Shores, LLC, our main goal with the company is to eventually manage more properties and help other like us, who wanted to share their vacation rental properties with others but does not wanted to handle the managing part of it providing a service of excellence to their guests and the owners. This property is special. Why? We are sharing with you our dream. We care of it, and we expect that you will care of it with the same love. We meticulously choose the decoration, thought about all the possible needs that you might have, so you could have the most relaxed and enjoyable vacation during your stay. The beach is across the street of the condo. The unit is near the Seawall Blvd but the location does not allow the car noise from it. You will enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico as soon as you access the unit. Gives you an immediate sense of peace and makes you realize that you are on your vacation spot. It is so comfortable that you don't want to leave. If you missed something or need something it is walking distance of Walmart, Kroger, and others. This is our peace of haven and would love to keep it like that.

Right off the Beach
Had a great weekend and enjoyed our stay in the condo! It was well worth the money. We were right across the street from the beach. We were close to Moody Gardens and the Boardwalk. The kids had so much fun!

The actual view is not as in the picture. More like Sonic and WalMart!
The place is nice and cozy and I would recommend it. I just expect too much from people and am disappointed when things are not as "I" would have left it.
In my opinion, they could upgrade the sleeper/sofa to one that is comfortable to sit on and pay a little more attention to cleaning. As I said, I expect more.
Great weekend getaway!
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with our toddler and baby. The location was great - right across the street from the beach. Rita was extremely responsive - available for any questions. Unfortunately we got in a car accident on the way there which delayed the start of our trip. The homeowners graciously offered to let us stay the extra night. The condo itself was perfect for our little family! Very homey. Would definitely recommend it to others and stay again in the future!
Great location. The property was nicely decorated and very clean.
We enjoyed sitting on the balcony hearing the waves and watching the seagulls and pelicans.
