Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! but Beach passes are included! The property is called Twin Pond and is a magnificent compound on 2.5 acres on Old Montauk Highway. This studio is one of 4 structures. It has a full kitchen with with 180 degree views of the ocean with (1) Queen Size Bed. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and it' near some of the best restaurants—Harvest. It's modern chic with flat screen TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small family (small dogs considered). There is outdoor furniture, a table for 4 and a gas grill. This is across the street from the ocean.

Beautiful Spot, Right By The Beach

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Twin Ponds, so much so that we did not want to go home. We brought our dog along with us and she had a great time exploring the property. The studio apartment is clean and cozy, the owner is friendly and accommodating, and the booking process is seamless. No complaints here!

Wonderful property

Myself and my husband were visiting my sister in NYC from Ireland, but decided to get outta dodge for the final three nights.

Cue Twin Ponds, Montauk. My sister did the ground work and found this rental for the weekend. I'm so glad she did.

Twin Ponds is wonderfully decorated, comfortable and relaxing.

Right beside the beach, it was a pleasure to stroll to it every day.

The house was stocked with everything we needed and more.

Wonderful memories were made here. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended.

The perfect way to "do" Montauk

My husband and I were so thrilled with our stay in this adorable studio apartment. It is kept absolutely pristine and is stylishly and simply appointed. The owners could not have made our stay easier -- they accommodated every need, from extra towels to extra supplies for our 6 month old puppy. The transactions were all seamless, and they were flexible when we needed to change our dates because of an unexpected work conflict. Best of all is the location of this property -- you are literally right on the beach, but can also walk to town. We will never look again for a place in Montauk -- this is the way to do it.

Perfect location and accommodations!

We are just back from a week in this studio. Everything is exactly as portrayed in the description and photographs, and more. The view from the front deck looks out on an expanse of lawn out to the road and across that road is the ocean. The sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. The unit was spotless and very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom have been recently redone. There was nothing, supply-wise, that the studio lacked, including a gas grill on the deck which we used twice (we ate out most nights). The location, only a half mile to town, yet on a private beach, could not be improved upon. We made friends with other families who are regulars every summer, and we now count ourselves in that category. Sally is warm and obviously takes great pride in her property; we feel as though we have made a friend. And it should be noted, our dog was a most welcome and popular tenant!

Fantastic property and location!

First visit to Montauk and plan to return next summer to this same property! Sally and Laura were super patient and accommodating! The studio was perfect for us, a couple; we had everything we needed. The BBQ grill and deck are a highlight of the unit; spacious, comfortable and really nice view of long front lawn of property and ocean. Walk to beach was very short. And walk to town only 10-15 minutes. We highly recommend!
