Stay 70 yards from famous Magic Sands Beach (White Sands Beach). Its Time to come on over and Holo Holo (vacation) with us here in beautiful, sunny, HAWAII. Your unit is located on the Big Island's famous Alii Drive directly a cross the street from Magic Sands Beach with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean from your lanai. It is located four miles south of Kailua Kona Village and less than two miles North of Keahou with beach and ocean view.


This great condo has central air conditioning and is a spacious 1100 square feet. The 27 foot long lanai is perfect for your spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean or well maintained pool, and opens up from either the dining or living room area. It is tiled throughout for your comfort and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably. Keep cool with either the air conditioning or ceiling fans, relax in the evening with master Bed room and guest bedroom cable televisions.

Come spend your holiday with us. You will enjoy relaxing in your 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 square foot ocean/beach view condo located on Alii Drive, just 4 miles from Kailua/Kona and 12 miles south of the Kona Airport (KOA). Your 27 foot lanai over looks the large swimming pool and lawn area and just beyond are the sand and waves of White Sands Beach, aka Disappearing Sands and Magic Sands Beach. You will enjoy grilling that fresh caught tuna on one of the 3 grills located pool side in the covered cabana which is complete with running water and ice maker. You may either eat pool side or on your lanai with that fabulous view of the ocean and the summer sun set. During the day enjoy boogie boarding across the street (a locals favorite) or snorkeling at Kahalu’u, only 1 mile up the road, either way you will meet up close and personal the Honu or green Hawaiian sea turtle. Step out early in the morning and enjoy the waves, perhaps you will be lucky enough to spot a manta ray during his morning feeding.

Your kitchen is complete with full size appliances, ice maker, coffee maker, bean grinder, toaster, toaster oven, blender, kitchen ware, pots/pans and most all of the spices you will need. Your master bedroom is private and has a queen bed, full bath and cable TV. The second bedroom is complete with twin beds, there is also a fold out in the living room so the teenagers can “camp out” and watch movies late into the evening. You have a choice of dining areas either inside in the cool air conditioning, out on the lanai enjoying the beautiful evening or by the pool. You are only 1 mile from a complete grocery store, drug store, medical care and dining. There is no need to pack the beach towels your condo has plenty of those as well as boggie boards and other assorted water toys.

You are guaranteed to feel at home at 215 White Sand Village.

What can we say but FABULOUS!! An absolutely wonderful experience and we were thrilled to share it with our 2 girls - Maddie 13 and Lori 15.

Kahalu'u Park - tons of fish and we swam with turtles. City of Refuge was also great, we even took in the cultural days - perfect timing. Volcano Park - well worth the drive, called home - Pennsywana, NJ - from the crater rim. Luau at Royal Kona lots of fun. Everything we needed was in the condo, the pool and BBQ were great!! We are going back home with lots of memories and pictures which will last a lifetime.

Dedicated Covered Parking, Tennis Courts, Beach view. We continually add to our collection of boogie boards, mask and snorkels, beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, sand toys, ice chests so there is no need to spend extra money to rent or buy these items. We also include a variety of picnic supplies, spices, cooking oils, soy, sugar, foil, baggies, tolitries, soaps and other extras that are nice to have on hand when needed. This property was better than advertised. The beach view seemed closer that the pictures indicate. The condo had many extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and mats, hair dryers, ice chest, which made heading off for the day or evening very convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool while we grilled on one of the grills in the common area. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

We will be back and I have no reservations recommending this unit to others.

A Wonderful Place To Stay

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a nice vacation we

had at your condo! Everything at the condo was just as described by you and

guests' reviews. And the complex was really our kind of place, too, very

well maintained, friendly, with very little traffic or people noise.

I loved getting to stay so close to the ocean, hearing the waves, and

being able to see them from the lanai! There was no sand during our

visit, so we didn't attempt to go into the water at Magic Sands beach, but

that didn't keep us from strolling there and being thrilled by the body

boarders, and just watching the waves. Kahalu'u beach was my favorite,

Mike went diving with some folks we met at "two step". We couldn't get over

how clear the water was and how many different fish, along with the

turtles, we saw each time we snorkeled.

There was a high surf advisory our last couple days and all the beaches

were closed, but the whales were really showing off on those days,

breaching over and over, and tail slapping, too. Both these spectacular

whale "shows", and the most glorious, vivid red sunsets I have ever

seen were easily viewed by walking right out the front door and watching it

all from front walkway. Great place to chat with the neighbors out doing

the same thing.

We really feel Kona is a better island for us than Maui due to the water

clarity and abundance of fish, whales and turtles. The whole island has so

much to offer. We had such a great vacation. I am so grateful we found your

condo which was so perfect for us. We are hoping to come again next year,

around the same time, and stay in your unit. I can't say enough about it or

say thank you enough!

Beautiful view!

My family of four had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The view from the lanai was amazing! We sat out on the lanai to eat breakfast and watch the ocean every morning. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Rental #47071 Owned by Shepard Family

The best surprise is always "No Surprise at all" However this (our first VBRO rental) was not exactly as we were told by the owner it would be, "IT EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTAIONS!" Every "review" from others praises this unit and it's owners for being exceptionally clean, exceptionally quiet, exceedingly comfortable and very well located. They are all correct. Absolutely nothing could have been done better by Mitzy the owner, before our booking and while we were there. Check in and out was so easy, the grounds were spotless, the parking almost directly below our unit, the elevator was clean and the unit we enjoyed, was spotless inside. This unit and it's owners need to be congratulated on being "modest" in presenting it as they do. There were only my wife and I there but it certainly could accommodate 4 to 6 people easily and with two FULL bathrooms AND stacking washer/dryer, there should never be any issues. The kitchen had every conceivable kitchen gadget and condiment, a large assortment of cutlery and cooking essentials. We only made toast and tea in the morning. The fridge was huge, the stove and dishwasher appeared to be modern and excellent quality. The pride of ownership shows in every improvement they have done and from what I see I am sure they will continue to bring about changes as they see fit. You will definitely not be disappointed by this unit or its ownership. The Google map may not display clearly where this complex is. The current one shows it maybe a half mile north of it's real location. Look for three long buildings with white roofs, two of them parallel and at right angles to the road, with a pool in between, and the third just on the other side of the tennis courts. This particular unit is in the southern building and very near the ocean end of that one. Not exactly sure but maybe third unit from the ocean end and the sides of the unit look north and south respectively, with a view of the beach and ocean just maybe 70 yards away. Sitting on the Lanai you will be able to see right across the street to the beach and hear the ocean as it was always a beautiful peaceful experience for us. You can also look right down on the pool in case you have family members you wish to keep an eye on while they enjoy either place. Easy communication across the street with any of those little communication sets you can buy like walkie talkies. A few minutes drive south brings you to a fairly large public beach which is a snorkeler's paradise. 5*
