Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Good visit with family. Roomy enough for indoor fun .
I called and left a message and no one returned my call. There was some confusion with multiple key boxes and only one that worked. My parents arrived first and when they did get in the place had not been cleaned. Being resourceful folks, they changed the linens, wiped down the dining table and counters and took out the trash before the rest of us arrived 2 hours later. They did not get photos. The grill does not work. The fridge leaks. There was a pile of rusted out metal furniture on the patio we moved aside. The structural integrity of the deck is questionable. We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay, but a little service and minor maintenance could go a long way toward a third star.
Overall this was a great rental. A few minor issues with broken outdoor furniture found upon arrival. Inside was very homey and the fireplace was a much needed item our first night.
Had fun at the beach but this property needs serious work.
I am usually pretty understanding with vacation rentals & don't complain about the little stuff. But this place is not fit for occupancy & especially not entertaining. The stairs to the deck have been blocked off due to safety concerns. There is a sign advising not to lean on the deck railing so I assume the deck is not safe either. The deck has broken metal & plastic chairs with large sharp points. The picnic table has splinters. There is another broken bench in the yard. The seat fell through and hit the ground & there are large sharp metal points. The house smells rotten. Not musty like most ocean property--it is rotten. The hand towels and wash cloths laid out for use had large holes and tears in them.
