Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
When I first pulled up to this place, I had to double check the pictures of the place on the internet because it's a fricking mess around the house! The plants are mostly dead and the patio downright dangerous to walk on and the patio furniture is a liability hazard. But once you get in to the house, it's nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. A regular couch-height futon for the living room would be nice. Having to squat to sit on the one with the broken legs is a bit of a hassle. The entire place is a bit on the cluttered side. I guess some people think that's charming. It worked out for me and my 4 girlfriends who were in the area for a class.
We were here for a bachelorette weekend. We did most of our excitement outside of the house, however fit all of us ladies comfortably. The only issue we had was the neighbor doing yard work very early in the morning, Didn't leave time to sleep in and enjoy our morning too much. Other then that the place is Amazing. Quick walk to the beach, the inside has lots of things to look at, even the VHS collection is impressive. It was very colorful and comfortable. the Deck is large and great for conversation. This place is in a Quiet neighborhood so definitely not a party place. Made for Relaxing!
It was well worth it had a great time with the family
This house decor is very unique in every room. Over all our experience was great.
Location is terrific, central to many areas such as Santa Cruz, Felton, shopping in Capitola and Monterey is only 35 miles south.
My family and I had a great time. We had 4 adults and 8 children. I was a little worried with the kids and all the knick knacks but the house is very child-friendly. There's a lot to look at but not overwhelming like the photos suggest. We found it to be very cozy and plan to stay again next summer.
