Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We had great time. I wish the bed was lower but it was comfortable otherwise. I would live there for ever in heart beat.
Eagle Crest is a beautiful place to stay and the amenities they offer is perfect for a family. The townhouse was spotless and the grounds were the same way. The staff was extremely helpful with any request we had. The walking trails this place offers is incredible. We just overall enjoyed every minute of our stay and I would highly recommend this place to any family.
Our family of four really enjoyed this unit, with lots of space and new construction and utilities. We travel with our roku (tv, video streaming appliance, similar to apple tv, amazon fire stick). The wifi connection was excellent, as was the tv. We watched many movies and shows together in the living room or from the dining room table, as the tv has a wide swivel range.
If you golf then Eagle Crest is probably great, otherwise the area's amenities are very limited. Eagle Crest is not comparable to Black Butte or Sunriver. All three Sport facilities are very small and did not serve us very well. If you are just looking to get away from the valley cloud cover then this location will suit you very well, otherwise Central Oregon has better locations for non-golfing families.
Vacasa did save our bacon by getting us into this unit after we had booked the wrong weekend at a different resort and did not come to that discovery until after the car was packed. Big thumbs up to Vacasa and this unit. But Eagle Crest is lacking.
Living space, TVs and kitchen are fantastic. We cooked yummy meals in the kitchen, fully equipped all the gadgets you'd need. TVs have enough programming to keep adults and kids entertained.
However, the beds were terrible. Master bedroom queen bed is so bouncy it's like a trampoline and it's so high you need to make an effort to climb up. The living room pull-out sofa bed is full of sunken springs, can't find much even surface. The twin beds have bouncy mattresses too but not a huge problem since it's just one person sleeping on each.
All the beds have flat sheets and thin cotton quilts, messy to sleep in because they never stay on your body and NOT warm enough for winter nights. The loft ceiling also makes heating uneven, hot air rises to the tall ceiling, the furnace was on often, struggling to maintain temperature in the living room.
Lastly, be aware this condo has a very small hot water heater, after 2 people took showers we ran out of hot water.
