Good for the money
The apartment has some quirks such as uneven floors and old windows that don’t always close properly, and drains without stoppers, but that was part of the charm. It was clean and was toasty warm during the coldest nights. The description of the place was accurate and it delivered as expected .For the money and for the location and the delivery against expectations , I’ve given it 5 stars.
Wonderful apartment in back bay!
We really loved the apartment and location was great. Accommodations were very nice. One thing we didn’t like was the oven was extremely dirty and smoked up the apartment when we turned it on. The rest of the apartment was very clean. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to all! Thank you!
Comfortable Back Bay Apartment
The apt is centrally-located, and it was clean. Mario was responsive and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay there again.
Close to everything
I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was just the right size for me and my daughter. It is close to everything, including the Pru, Newberry Street, and the T. It’s a typical old Boston brownstone, but the rooms are nice size, the closets are huge, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. If I were to suggest improvements, a small microwave would be nice and a mattress pad for the sofa bed. It gets a little cold during the day, but hopefully you are out exploring Boston instead of being in the room.
