About Stephen and Mark
Stephen and Mark have been friends for 25 years and business partners since 2009 when they bought this mid-century modern building, remodeled it, and made it available for business and vacation travelers. They picked this neighborhood because each lives nearby and they find Capitol Hill to be one of the most interesting, vibrant, and well-located neighborhoods in Seattle. They think that you will enjoy the quiet, comfortable, modern apartments and their proximity to the fun attractions nearby on the Hill, downtown, and the Pike/Pine corridor. Together they manage the apartments and will do whatever they can to help provide you with a comfortable and memorable stay in Seattle.

Great convenient apartment to explore Seattle
Easy check in and great convenient apartment to explore Seattle. Great fast communication with host. Thanks for a great stay.
Home away from home
This property is everything it says it is, the neighborhood is beautiful with lots of fun places to eat nearby. I was here on a work trip and found it much less stressful than a hotel room. My only complaint was Seattle was over 90 degrees that week, yes it happens! There are fans available and I made due, but there is no real air conditioning except a wall unit in the dining area.
Quiet, comfortable stay in central Seattle perfect for walking/transit/e-biking
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The flat is quiet, charming, comfortable with a great view and space for small group entertaining. We had a dinner party and every possible kitchen device/need was there. The bedroom is comfortable, bathroom with plenty of storage space, a spacious working kitchen and comfy dining/living area. Our host also accommodated our e-bikes and we were able to securely park them outside secured to a railing and out of sight. We arrived a bit before check in but were able to leave our bags at the apartment and fetch the rental bikes. The neighborhood is great with food stores, Volunteer Park, cafes, light rail and bus connections all nearby. Everything was green and in bloom, very relaxing. The apartment got a bit warm during the day while we were away but cooled off nicely with open windows/cross-ventilation and a fan once we returned. Nice TV and fireplace in the living room. We relaxed over coffee in the morning, enjoyed the dawn and sunset views of downtown, and had great wifi and cell phone connections when needed. Quiet enough to meditate in the mornings and not on a major thoroughfare so little traffic noise. Occasional distant sound of planes overhead depended on the weather but not intrusive and the central location was fantastic. Am a light sleeper but rested very well. The decor was lovely and fit the place ("mid century") but had every modern convenience and everything worked we.. Would be happy to stay at this property again when next in Seattle for a few days.
wonderful cap hill apartment
Well laid out, nice size, fashionably decorated, and well stocked. Best of all is the location in the heart of capital hill - 2 blocks to Volunteer Park for morning runs, 1 block to the shops and restaurants on 15th, 1/2 mile to Broadway. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with incredible houses. Mark and Stephen did a great job with communications and having the apartment in perfect shape. Will stay here again if we return to Seattle!
The property was very nice and comfortable would stay there again.
Cozy in Seattle
It was walking distance to groceries, restaurants, park the link. In a more residential neighborhood so it was very peaceful and quiet. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. As long as my daughter is living in the Capital Hill neighborhood I will try to stay here again.
