This is a proven 5 star rental with other sites. I am new to the Homeaway family, but I guarantee I won't let you down with this! Whether you are an experienced traveler, or if you've always booked hotels, or motels, please let me ease your doubts, and show you the better side of traveling!
Completely private super sized 2 bedroom duplex loft in a unique converted historic building. Every room is filled with an abundance of natural sunlight, and very cozy. It's also located in a great location for traveling anywhere you want to go!
12 foot ceilings flooded with natural sunlight make this a great place for inspiration, and comfort.
Up to 2 private parking spaces right out front of your loft, and everything provided in the unit to make you feel at home.
This is a great little town to check out! Take a walk down Main St. to check out the stores, and cross the river to an enormous Antique shop. Or check out a local band at Tom's bar that you can still smoke in. How about a short drive through rolling farm land to Valley Forge National Park for a summer jog, or in the winter the best sledding ever? Or Shopping at the King of Prussia mall which is the United States 2nd largest mall. Whatever you like to do it's possible here, and only 40 minutes to Philadelphia.
House Rules: PLEASE MUST READ
I know we all hate rules, but please review these so there are no misunderstandings, and I don’t have to charge you for anything:/
Please remember this is my home/life, not a hotel. Be cool & we’re cool:)
-4 guests MAX. No exceptions. Each guest after 2 people is $10 night/per person to cover additional costs incurred. This must be disclosed.
-No parties/events/videos or filming.Period. 21+. Bring the party to someone else’s place. Keep it chill after 10pm:) A little later on the weekends. It’s a quiet building, and parties w/ complaints are grounds for immediate eviction. There are possibly other tenants, or the owners staying adjacent to the unit. Please don’t make this the hang out, too much foot traffic is annoying to neighbors.
-Since I charge a low cleaning fee, and do not require a security deposit, I require any guest(s) to take care of the place, and return it basically the same way it was given to them. The cleaning fee covers a manager inspection, a quick 2 hour cleaning/turnover, all essentials, and laundry costs. Additional time is additional money. “You broke it, You bought it” rule applies, so please let me know if anything needs to be addressed during your stay.
-Ladies/or gents please be careful with your make up. Any stains means I have to buy new items. I left a make-up towel for this purpose. Please don’t ruin the bath towels, or the sheets.
-Please refrain from any strong scents while you are using the place. Most of us like to keep the place a natural, neutral, odor free zone. This means you, me, and all future guests will feel at home when we step in the door. Please wait until you get home for things like burning incense, spraying your favorite cologne throughout the place, cooking with curry, or other strong scents every day. Open some windows, and use the fan if you are in doubt. Good cleaning/ deodorizing a place is expensive, it’s really expensive. Google how to remove smoke damage.
-No smoking inside, but you can smoke anywhere outside. Use the provided ashtray, don’t litter, and shut the door while you are smoking so it doesn't go inside.
-I do not have kids so I have not "kid proofed" the place. I do not mind kids staying, but you must accept all responsibility for anything possible involving the children, or yourself.
-NO LIABILITY/ INDEMNIFICATION/ HOLD HARMLESS: The owners, and managers of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners, and managers harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
