It has a sunny, south facing balcony and open views of green space from both bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The Apartment is located in the prestigious gated development of Collins Square, which is next door to The National Museum, and sits directly beside the LUAS (Tram) stop . It is within walking distance of the main shopping and business districts and the picturesque Phoenix Park.

This property is located next to the National Museum of Ireland and guests can either walk into the city centre along the Liffey (15 minutes) or take a 5 minute tram ride from outside the museum next door. Within 5-10 minutes walk of the apartment are Heuston Railway Station (Connecting Dublin with the West and South of Ireland), the Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo, the Jameson Distillery and the Guiness Storehouse. The Four Courts building is also close by.

The apartment is quietly situated to the rear of this secure development with bedrooms overlooking green space the Sports Grounds of the Law Society of Ireland.

The local supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away and opens from 5 AM until 12 Midnight. High quality organic produce is also available from 'Fresh' which is a 7 minute walk from the apartment.

About Ciaran & Lynda

I am a 54 year old Managing Director of my own consulting business. This apartment was purchased in anticipation of my kids future college accommodation needs but the future has now arrived. My son stays in the apartment with two other students during the academic year and i let out the apartment for holiday lets during the summer season, ably assisted by the lovely Lynda.

It is quiet and very well located. Our first guests of Summer 2017 remarked how surprised they were to find such a quiet place so close to the centre of Dublin.

Worked well for us!

For my husband, two adult children and I, the flat met all of our needs. Lynda and Ciaran were great to work with, easy to reach before and upon arrival. The location was easy in/easy out to Luas and other things. We were not prepared for noisy seagulls flying around all night, but what can you do! We adjusted. We would definitely return here.

Terrific Experience

The photos of the apartment were not an exaggeration: it was great! We actually had more room than I expected, given the usual size of European rooms. We had every convenience provided, and Ciaran and Lynda were very helpful. Even had fresh bread and milk waiting to get us started.

With the tram stop virtually next door there was a bit of noise occasionally, but no more than in any city, and less than most. It was certainly more than offset by the convenience of having transportation close by, and we used it regularly.

This apartment made our trip so much more pleasant than staying in a hotel, and we just loved it.

Oasis in the city

Apartment is clean, airy, spacious, with new appliances in kitchen, phone and ipad, Wifi, redone bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Most of all it is quiet yet convenient with the Luas very near (but this apartment is to the back so you don't hear it). Also, close to train station, Airlink, many buses, Guiness, Jamison, the Design Museum, Phoenix park (attended a great botanical festival there) a great grocery store, Fresh, with lots of semi-prepared food, some excellent restaurants (Wuff and PHX favorites) and a close ATM at SPAR. We walked mostly. Owner is responsive to any requests and we received a warm welcome and info from Linda on our arrival. Would definitely stay again if return to Dublin.

Fantastic family accommodation

Great location. Luas line right outside door and red/green tourist bus stop one block over. Very secure location and easy walk to centre of Dublin. Head over to Jamisons distillery for supermarket, or convenience store one street away.

a gem

cozy, 2 bathrooms, well equipped. Owner even arranged for new alarm clocks and coffee maker upon request. comfortable beds. convenient for traveling around city. no issues or concerns with safety. Close to Smithfield's "Fresh" store, which is very good. close to luas museum stop. very satisfied. Would come back again.

Great apartment!

Despite a small communication mix-up upon arrival, our stay in the apartment was great. In a quiet part of town but within easy walking distance to many parts of the city (Temple Bar, Phoenix Park, Guinness Storehouse, Jameson's distillery etc.) The Luas being right outside was great for going further out or bad weather. Beds were quite comfortable, apartment was very clean and all the conveniences one needs were available. We mostly shopped at a local convenience store a few blocks away but discovered a fabulous grocery on our last day, "Fresh", near the Smithfield apartments next to Jameson's. Wish we had known about it earlier in the week (but now you do!). I would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel.

Car: not necessary

Located close to Luas Stop (100 yards) for convenient Light Rail Connections across the City. Next door is the National Museum of Ireland, and 5 minutes walk away is Phoenix Park/Heuston Station.

It is also a mere 15 minute walk from the City Centre.
