This spacious and attractive 3 bedroom + 2.5 bath, luxury two-story townhouse is located in the well-known Snowcreek Resort. It is situated on the edge of a meadow with Mammoth Creek lazily meandering its way through (tip: it's a great fishing spot in the summer). It is conveniently located close to the Snowcreek Golf Course, Snowcreek Athletic Club and the Red Line winter shuttle.
The home sleeps up to 8 people with enough space leftover for individuals to maintain privacy. It is beautifully furnished and the common living areas and bedrooms are kept separate, making it perfect for entertaining. You can drive right into the attached, 2-car garage to stay warm.
The clean, 2-car garage connects to the laundry room, which leads to the downstairs area. The kitchen, dinning room and living area are all downstairs:
Kitchen and Breakfast Nook: The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal. The breakfast nook seats 4 people very comfortably.
Dining Room: The dining room seats 6 people with space for an additional 2 people at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: The vaulted ceiling, entertainment area has a gas-burning fireplace and doors leading to an outdoor deck. Enjoy views of Mammoth Mountain from inside or out on the deck. In addition, there is a private reading area, perfect for getting cozy with a good book. There is also a half-bath off the living room.
After a perfect day of skiing/snowboarding, fishing, hiking, biking, etc., make your way upstairs to find your sleeping accommodations:
Master Bedroom: King bed, TV, private en suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate tub and shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and twin bed, TV, shared bathroom with dual sinks
Bedroom 3: Full bed and twin bed, TV, Shared bathroom with dual sinks
The townhouse is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

We enjoy the Sierras and have spent many vacations fishing, skiing and hiking. We decided to purchase a vacation home in Mammoth and found our dream home in Snowcreek resort (phase IV). Our home is very special to us and we love that it faces the meadow with a creek. Having the ability to walk outside our home and catch a fish on the creek is amazing. Sitting in our living room and viewing the mountains makes it even more special. We hope you get a chance to share the same love we have for Mammoth and our place.

The condo was a beautiful place to stay.. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for meals, including Thanksgiving! The condo was nicely furnished and felt very comfortable. Having the garage is plus. The owners were extremely helpful and pleasant to correspond with. We will definitely keep this on our return list..
Went up for the last weekend of fishing. The place was perfect, close to town and creeks and ponds with trails right out the back door. The house was complete and clean very usable for a family. We plan on staying there again.
We stayed over Christmas 2015 and really enjoyed this unit. The condo was well appointed - it felt more like we were staying at a friends' place, instead of renting a condo from strangers. We have been staying near Canyon Lodge for the last few winters (6), but we were really pleased with this location, too. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Thanks

Very beautiful home with friendly owners that are very accommodating. The home is extreamly well stocked and very comfortable. The two car garage is a huge bonus for storing any outdoor gear that you bring. I will definitely stay at this amazing residence again!
This lovely condo far exceeded our expectations. Lovely meadow, creek and pond right outside the main floor patios were perfect for our family that includes young children. Trolley stops close by, large kitchen, two different eating areas and ability to walk to the nearby park were all much appreciated. Highly recommend. This is the third condo we have rented through VRBO and the only one we will definitely try to rent again next year.
