3 bedroom villa to sleep 4 adults and 2 children in a secure domaine

This is a lovely 3 bedroom air conditioned villa, situated on a very attractive domain of modern apartments and houses. The domain enjoys stunning views over the bays of St Raphael and Frejus as well as stunning views of the Alps and the famous Rock of Roquebrune.It is surrounded by a vine yard and 18 hole golf course where renters receive a discounted green fee.

This non-smoking property sleeps a maximum of six people (ideally 4 adults, 2 children) The open plan living area of the property is air-conditioned and has a sofa with a large armchair and a dining table seating six people. There is a flat screen TV with DVD showing French and English channels and a separate HIFI system. A set of French doors lead from the lounge to the enclosed terraced area. This then leads to the garden and another large terrace. You have a choice of alfresco dining in the garden or under the covered terrace. There is a gas BBQ and a table and chairs for your use. Alternatively you may wish to use the fully equipped American style kitchen, which includes oven and hob, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

All bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed and has french doors leading onto the upstairs balcony enjoying stunning views of the Mediterranean. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and has views of the famous Rock of Roquebrune. Bedroom 3 has bunks beds for the children. There is a bathroom and WC which houses the washing machine, an enclosed shower and hand basin. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

There is adequate storage within the property.

A great villa with stunning views of Frejus.

The property is lovely, well presented and ideal for a family of five - we were well looked after by Nikki and Peter of Rivieralet. The villa is well situated to explore the local area, including driving to Lac de St-Cassien and along the D562 and D4 to Bagnol-en-Foret village. St Maxime and Les Issambres offer lovely sandy beaches, while St Aygulf are shingle/peddle. A gentle ferry from St Maxime to St Tropez is also worth doing. Monaco about 2 hours away was good to see and walk round the Grand Prix track. Cannes also worth a visit to wonder round the shops. Recommend Le-Oasis restaurant near La Napoule marina - Michelin bistro food is amazing and very good value for money.

The domain has a large open air fenced swimming pool which overflows into a circular child's pool. There are 3 tennis courts on the domain. Horse riding, golf and trout fishing are within 5 minutes drive of the villa. Walking, canoeing and river rafting are available in the beautiful and spectacular Gorges du Verdon. Sandy beaches, shops, night life and twice weekly markets are available in the lively resort of St Aygulf, 5 minutes drive away or in Frejus, St Raphael, St Maxime or St Tropez.
