Why Claire chose Southbridge
This charming home was designed by Royal Barry Wills, a well-known American architect and a master of traditional Cape Cod style homes, particularly between the 1930‘s – 1950’s. He lived in the same era as Frank Lloyd Wright, another famous American architect who was a master of modern design who designed over 1000 buildings, including the famous Guggenheim Museum in New York.

Claire's property is no short of amazing. The house was beautiful and the property is as picturesk as can be. My husband and I held our wedding in the backyard and it was absolutely perfect. The horses and chickens were a real treat and all of our guests fell in love with every aspect of the space. Would recommend 110%.
Perfect For Family Reunions
You have everything here for the perfect family reunion. There are acres of land for outdoor play and exploring. The family loved the swimming pool, rowing on the pond, and petting the horses and goat. The house accommodated our three-generation family beautifully. The kitchen was stocked with every pot, bowl, utensil, and spice we needed for preparing our meals, and then we could all eat together in the 3-car garage which the owner turned into a rec room. In the evening make s'mores on one of the patios that has a place for a fire. Heaven!
Great for a long stay
We stayed at the property for 12 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail was accounted for - down to birdseed in the multiple bird feeders on the property for a wonderful show of goldfinches and cardinals! Highly recommended.
