Cottages On The Park is just what its name suggests; lovely homes with a perfect location right on the City Park and just off of Park Avenue. They’re within walking distance of the Park City Mountain Resort (a couple of blocks) and on the FREE shuttle route. Being close to the ski resorts and lower Main Street is a big benefit any time of year.
This beautiful, newly-renovated home is a perfect place to enjoy all Park City has to offer. With incredible views, 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, it’s over 2100 square feet and sleeps 10-12 people comfortably.
Entering the home from the garage or the front door, you’ll find a mud room with space for coats and ski equipment. On this level there’s also a bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, 32” HD Smart TV, and unattached full bathroom (shower). A patio with large, private hot tub is also on the lower level.
Up one level, a spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area allow plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, a gas fireplace, a 65” HD Smart TV, DVD player, and plenty of board games. There’s a full bathroom (shower only) nearby.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals and eat in. Brand-new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances add to the appeal. You’ll find pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, a regular coffee pot, a Keurig coffee pot, blender, crockpot, cookie sheets, a waffle iron, cupcake pans, wine glasses, a wine fridge, and more. There’s a deck with amazing mountain/park views with a gas BBQ there as well. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar.
Off the kitchen, there’s a laundry room area with a high-capacity HE Washer and Dryer, ironing board and iron, and a printer.
Upstairs, you’ll find the Master bedroom with TWO Queen-sized beds, a 49” HD Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom (shower). The third bedroom is also located on the top level and has TWO Full/Double-size beds, a 45” HD Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom(tub/shower combination).
The entire home is equipped with central air-conditioning for the warmer months, radiant heat to enjoy during the winter, Comcast cable television, and FREE wifi.
The home has an attached two-car garage (room for two small-to-midsize vehicles), a driveway (room for two small vehicles), and plenty of extra first-come first-served parking across the street at the park.

We were all very pleased with this property. It was very clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities my family needed. The location is great as it is a quiet area but still just a short walk into town. The property managers were also extremely responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!
Clean, Convenient, easy
Great place to stay for two families. Close to bus stop. Easy to get back and forth. A little further from Main than planned, but Uber worked just fine.
