THIS HOME IS IN DAYTONA BEACH!

This is a 2 story recently renovated home located half a block from the white sands beach with beach access. Sleeps 8+. The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, sitting room off the master bathroom with twin size day bed and trundle, dining room, sunroom, and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Spoil your family with this huge home-away-from-home. Including, beautiful wood flooring throughout most of the house, ceiling fans in every room. The upstairs Master bedroom suite has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and an extra-large glass shower in the bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and stunning hardwood floors. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has a full bathroom. As a guest, enjoy free wireless internet, cable TV, and a huge private backyard.

This is a perfect vacation spot for families. Whether you simply want to enjoy a peaceful get away or jump into all of the action to experience classic Daytona Beach, this property offers you the unique ability to do both.

Fantastic stay for Daytona 500 Feb 2014! Home is well cared for with all amenities considered. The owner took extra care in calling to alert us to the tornado warning. Absolutely lovely home

We were very pleased with the space/accomodations of this beautiful home. The bedrooms were very spacious and had plenty of room for all 7 of famly members- The sun room was great for children to play in to get away from the adults. Would love to rent this house again in the future.

Fantastic getaway

The house was beautiful inside and out. Spacious, clean, inviting, comfy and in walking distance to the beach with a private driveway and car port. It is very kid friendly with a closet full of fun family games. The owners take great care of the house and provide linens, games, stocked kitchen (platewear and silverware etc), Washer and dryer, books to read, games for the kids, all of the amenities of home. There is plenty of yard so the kids can run around outside and play.

The master bedroom is cozy and is attached to the master bathroom which has the most amazing shower. It can hold up to at least 4 people. There was plenty of closet space in all of the rooms. The kitchen is nice and big with plenty of room to cook and hang out with family. The living room is beautiful with plenty of natural lighting and plenty of room and there is a very comfy sleeper sofa in case you are in need of an extra bed. There is also a sun room (which was one of my favorite rooms) with vented windows to allow fresh air inside, there is a couch and matching seats and is a nice place to read a book and just relax. It is in walking distance to the beach (you can see the beach from the deck) so no need to find parking when you want to head down.

This is a wonderful family vacation place with plenty to do and see and the house is close to the Daytona Speedway and farmer's markets on the weekends.

It was like a home away from home and we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be going back, we wish we could stay there permanently. :)

WONDERFUL PLACE! CLOSE TO BEACH!!

This house was so much more than we expected, Walking distance to public beach access. Very clean & decorated nicely. All amenities were updated and very clean. Easy to find, we will stay here again if possible. Only about 3 miles from Embry-Riddle & Daytona Speedway & shopping. I just cant say anything negative about this property.
