The apartments benefit from large living rooms, well appointed kitchens with top of the range appliances, 2 bathrooms/with shower and have been tastefully furnished to the highest specification + WiFi & extra TV channels including BBC News and a Music Channel.

There are only 16 apartments in the complex with a large swimming pool and children's pool surrounded by a landscaped garden.

The apartments have large balconies front and rear and underground as well as on street parking.

  • A non refundable Booking Deposit of 25% is required to secure a confirmed Booking.
    The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.

    Security Sum of £ 150 is required against damages or cleaning issues. Fully refunded when Agent confirms that no such problems arose. This Sum is payable with the 75% balance.

    Flexibility on less than 1 week stay may be possible, but needs to be discussed well in advance of Arrival date.

Great Place to Stay!

We thought the penthouse apartment was perfect for us, it was lovely, clean, plenty of room, and 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite. We were lucky enough to have the large pool virtually to ourselves for the whole holiday! The views were panoramic and you could also plane spot without the noise. We loved the large balcony and spent every morning there having leisurely breakfasts and lunch if we decided to stay by the pool. And to sit outside in the late evening was sheer bliss!

We made use of the buses and taxis which were very cheap as we decided not to hire a car, but if we had the prices were very good.

An abundance of Restaurants, especially in the Marina area.

We will definitely go back and stay as we enjoyed ourselves so much and the apartment was the icing on the cake as far as we are concerned.

And we have already recommended this to family and friends.

Ideally located. . Excellent facilities

The listing description was very accurate. The apartment was spacious, well maintained and surrounded by excellent facilities. There is a brilliant view from the balcony which gets the sun at all times. It is a real home from home. We have stayed in numerous locations over the passed number of years and this apartment is no doubt the best yet. We would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of going to Vilamoura for a holiday as it has to be the best location for all age groups.

Modern, clean and well maintained apartments!!

We had wonderful holidays in the apartments and there is loads to see and do around Vilamoura. Close to the airport is very easy. We liked it, that it is nice and quiet around the location. And if you want some fun and nice food, it is only a 10 minute drive. We'd advise to have a rental car, otherwise it might be difficult to move around. The bedrooms and kitchen are big. All over, a good holiday for us!!!

If you want a great affordable meal, at the end of the beach in Quarteira, there is Forte Novo! Wonderful! Warm Regards, Barbara

Fabulous family holiday

I just came back from a fabulous holiday in this villa. The apartment has everything that you may need. My children had such a wonderful time in the pool which they practically had to themselves. We hired a car for the 10 days that we were there and I would recommend using a car, it is only a 5 minute drive to the Marina, however comes in very handy if you are intending visiting the local attractions and theme parks. The weather was fantastic and I would definately recommend staying here, Vilamoura has a very family friendly atmosphere and we came back feeling incredibly relaxed.

Excellent apartment

I stayed at the apartment during June 2011 and it was perfect in terms of cleanliness, layout and facilities. The main drawback for us was that the nearest supermarket was a taxi ride away but having said that the taxi service was excellent always arriving within 5 minutes of making the call. We found the restaurants at the marina very good and varied.

The nearest golf club is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment and it offered a good selection of food as an alternative to going into town.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.
