Completely updated, beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on quiet cul-de-sac with slab granite kitchen counter tops and marble in each bathroom. Each room has sliding glass doors opening to an outside patio. Master bedroom has a cal-king bed, flat screen TV and attached bath with walk-in shower. Guest room also has a television with 2 twin beds and attached bath. Kitchen and bar area include all amenities necessary for entertaining. Samsung flat screen TV and modern furnishings in living room. Gas barbeque, 2-car garage, pavers in patios, courtyard and driveway. Elevated location provides excellent valley and mountain views. Patio backs to large green space and overlooks pool and spa. Cable, WiFi and telephone with free long distance within the continental U.S. included.
My husband and I currently live in Oregon with our small dog. We have 2 children and 2 grandchildren also in Oregon. We were fortunate enough to be able to retire at an early age in 2008 and now spend our winters at our home in the desert enjoying golf, walks and fun in the sun.

We have vacationed in the desert area for many years. In late 2006 we decided to explore different country clubs in the valley to purchase a condo. After looking at numerous clubs we drove into Ironwood and fell in love with the community even before looking at any of the real estate. When we were shown our condo it was an easy decision to purchase. From the outstanding views and beautiful weather to the elevated cul-de-sac location, it was everything we were looking for.
We absolutely love sitting on the shaded patio enjoying the beautiful views. During the daytime we overlook the green space, pool and palm trees, with incredible mountain views. At night, the valley lights are amazing. Since the unit is elevated, you don't have to worry about guests and neighbors walking directly behind the patio or looking in the windows. The condo has been wonderfully updated and furnished, with newer air conditioner and furnace. Since it is located in South Palm Desert, there is less wind than on the valley floor, and a very short drive takes you to fabulous shopping and restaurants.
We rented sight unseen, and were not disappointed in our choice. We have stayed in the Coachella Valley many times but this was the first time in south Palm Desert. We loved the location, central to everything, enjoyed the views, and the unit was in perfect condition. It was the most well supplied rental we have ever stayed in. The unit owners were handy if we ever needed them but then, we never needed them as everything worked well. We would highly recommend this rental.
This unit is beautifully appointed and is in a great location. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at this property and would absolutely do so again. Ron and Casey (owners) were extremely helpful and really good to work with. Highly recommended.
Located in the south central Coachella valley between the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains in the private gated community of Ironwood County Club. A short walk to 'The Living Desert' Zoo, or a 2 minute drive to the fabulous shopping on El Paseo. Numerous activities within a 15 minute drive including golf, hiking, casinos and shopping, along with a variety of excellent restaurants.
