Come experience This luxurious, beautifully furnished, recently renovated home. Located near the lighthouse as you are entering Brigantine. It is close to the Borgota, Golden Nugget and Harrah’s casinos. Note: hurricane Sandy did not affect this home.
This residence is located near the beach and bay. This home features a 2nd floor, that includes your own private deck. When you enter this home, you will be surprised by the dramatic cathedral ceilings and radiating light in the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with an instant hot water dispenser and filtered water/ice from the refrigerator.
There are two flat screen televisions, one in the master bedroom, and one in the living area that is tied into a sound system. The sound system allows music to play through out this home, speakers are adjustable in each room.
This high-end space contains three bedrooms: one double bed that can sleep two, a trundle bed that could sleep two, and a California-king-size bed that can also sleep two. The house is adorned with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, save the master bedroom.
The hall bath contains Kohler fixtures that include a large single bowl vanity with a marble top. The tub is a Kohler whirlpool tub that is surrounded by a clear glass that gives the bathroom a more open feel to it. The custom tile covers the side exposed walls of this bathroom that compliments the colors of this room.
The master bedroom is impressive.
The master bathroom area, which is open to the bedroom, includes a large custom shower that contains body sprays, an over-sized rain shower head, shower seat and steam controls. The clear custom glass enclosure along the shower, allows you to view the rest of this bathroom. An air-jet tub provides a deep tissue massage-like experience. The bathroom contains double sink granite top with upgraded plumbing fixtures. The toilet room, separated from the bedroom and the rest of the bathroom contains upgraded plumbing fixtures that include a Kohler toilet and bidet.

This property is owned by myself and I take great pride in keeping this property clean. The woman who is in charge of cleaning this property is great and does a wonderful job.
I actually built this home and have renovated it a few times to keep its value and curb appeal. The property is well-managed and maintained. My landscapers do a fine job in keeping my property looking great from the outside as well.
Let me start by expressing my gratitude to the owner. I called him the day before my trip in hopes that his home would be available. I was excited when we could agree on a price and make arrangements. On arrival I was more than pleased. Not only was the home clean it was beautiful. High end furnishings along with an extremely comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. Also, two whirlpool tubs. I was overjoyed at how close we were to the beach and what a nice neighborhood we were in. My family consists of two sons ages 13 and 11 , also a daughter who is seven. My children had a great time here and so did my husband and myself. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated great. We hope to stay here again in the future.
This was a last minute rental for us and Mike, the owner, was great to work with. We stayed at the beginning of July and the house was very clean and ready for guests. Before I say anything else about the property I must comment on the master suite - it rocks!! If you are looking for a little break when the kids go to bed or just some relaxation, this is the room for you. It has the best shower I have ever used - 10 shower heads (10!) and what a treat it was (you could even shower with a friend; it is that large). The bed is so comfortable and it has a stereo throughout; it also has a whirlpool tub and a private toilet and bidet area too. The kids will wonder why you want to go to bed so early every night!
There are two other bedrooms, one is set up with a daybed/trundle and the other has a double bed. The living room and kitchen area are also modern and comfortable. The deck is on the small side with just enough room for a table for four and a grill. The house sleeps 6 easily and has two bathrooms.
The house is close to the entrance of Brigantine, so it is near Atlantic City (10 min.) and about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is very wide so that adds a bit to the walk.
There are lots of places to eat nearby and a lovely bakery to enjoy. My husband and I rented bikes one day on 13th street, which is at the other end of the island, and explored a bit.
Brigantine is a quieter area to enjoy with lots of free parking and lovely beaches - the sand is beautiful! Check it out - you will love it!
Enjoy the white sand on the spacious island beaches of Brigantine. This is a family oriented island with a great variety of activities. You will enjoy the peace and serenity of an island vacation and still have access to the excitement of Atlantic City only a 5 minutes drive from the front door.
All forms of boating, fishing and related activities are available on the island. The beach theme is evident throughout this home. The island boasts great restaurants, both high-end as well as family oriented spots. In addition, you may also enjoy live entertainment, martini bars etc.
The island is also proud of its bay-front golf course.
Walk to the town recreation complex with basketball, skate park, tennis, and a playground nearby. Ride your bike, throughout town on the designated bike path!
Best of all, you can enjoy our island paradise and still be just a 5-minute drive to the excitement and glitter of Atlantic City where you will find world class entertainment and restaurants, outlet shopping, historic lighthouse and Gardiner's Basin, the Boardwalk and, of course, casino gambling. In addition, for an evening of family fun, drive 20 minutes South to the Ocean City Boardwalk, but return to the wide uncrowded beaches and peaceful atmosphere of Brigantine. Convenient to Philadelphia, Stockton College, Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway.
