The Palms is a premiere gulf front complex centrally located in Orange Beach, AL... making it convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all kinds of recreation. This low density complex features many great amenities, including a beach-front pool, outdoor grilling area, workout room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, and a heated indoor pool that happens to be steps from the door of our unit.

Once inside, you will find a spacious, professionally decorated vacation home with over 1300 square feet of living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with seating for six at the dining table plus two at the kitchen breakfast bar. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit will comfortable sleep eight (10 if smaller children will share the 2 double beds).

The spacious living room features a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, a 42' wall mounted HDTV, a DVD player and several choices of board games for those occasional rainy beach days.

Both the living room and master bedroom open directly onto the large balcony with spectacular views of the beach and the beautiful blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The balcony is furnished with colorful adirondack loungers and a teakwood bistro table and chairs, great for early morning coffee, meals or simply enjoying our colorful sunsets.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted flatscreen HDTV, DVD player and en suite bath. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king bed and wall mounted flatscreen TV. The third bedroom is newly furnished with two double beds a flat screen TV, and DVD player.

This unit comes with high speed WiFi, a Bose SoundWave Stereo a full size washer an dryer and a collection of our favorite DVD’s for your enjoyment while on vacation.

For vacationers who want to stay in shape while on holiday, the fitness room is located on the first floor and features a treadmill, stationary bike, weight equipment and a stair machine. After your swim or workout, try out the refreshing dry sauna.

The Palms is situated in a prime location with just a few short blocks to three large grocery stores, four pharmacies, restaurants, movie rentals, spas and shopping. The Tanger Outlet Mall offers great retail therapy with over 120 brand name stores for those occasional rainy afternoons. The Wharf shopping, dining and entertainment complex is just 10 minutes away. It features an amphitheater for regularly scheduled concerts, more shopping and a movie theater. Perdido Pass offers a new area just for fishermen. Marinas, glass bottom boats, chartered deep sea fishing, golf (big boy and miniature), Alabama Birding Trail, amusement parks and water theme parks are all just a few short minutes away.

John & Pam have lived and worked in Baldwin county for 17 years just 45 minutes from Orange Beach. As a family, they have enjoyed Gulf Coast beach vacations their whole lives. They now look forward to sharing their beach condo with new friends.

Why John & Pam chose Alabama Gulf Coast

The Palms had all the amenities that we were looking for in in a vacation condo. When a 3BR unit became available, we jumped on it. We already have great memories from our time at the Palms and we hope our guests will feel the same.

What makes this condo unique

The Palms is a low density condo with on site security, indoor pool, sauna and work out area. We enjoy our morning coffee on the beachfront balcony and afternoon lounging watching the unbelievable sunsets.

Beautiful and spacious condo!!!

We had a fabulous time staying at The Palms. The condo was so beautifully decorated and was large enough for all of my crew . John and Pam were so easy to work with and responded to all my questions quickly . We will be returning next year . We feel like we found our home away from home . The walk to the water wasn't very far and the pools were nearby as well . I highly recommend The Palms #212 to everyone ...

Great time!!

Overall a good experience! The Todd's are helpful and easy to do dealings with. Most everything needed for daily kitchen needs and cooking were available which is nice! Beds are comfy. And right out this particular unit is the indoor pool, which the kids loved! But not to close for noise concern! The only negative is the kitchen/baths were dated, but to be expected for the price!

Owner's Response: Brittany, Thank you so much for your review. We too have noticed that the baths and kitchen have become somewhat dated. We now have plans to take our condo out of service beginning at the end of October through the end of the year for a complete remodel of the kitchen, both baths and all of the flooring. This will include new cabinets, granite countertops, a walk-in shower in the master bath and new tub and tile in the 2nd bath. Please look for new pics near the end of the year. Our stay was wonderful. Perfect location. We would love to come again and look forward to this. The only complaint at all is in the master room the bed is very uncomfortable. A mattress overlay would be great. Other than that it was fabulous and we will be back!

Great Condo

My family and I rented this condo during the second week of July 2016 and we loved it. John and Pam made sure we were well taken care of. We had a Great time! John and Pam are great! The condo is wonderful, everything one would need as far as amenties are with this condo. This was our families first trip to the Gulf. We had several of the grandchildren with us and they have all told us that they want to go back to this location and condo as our family vacation.

Condo and surrounding grounds were very clean and has a great location for shopping.

All reviews of good things are true about this condo and owners. Nothing bad. John and Pam are easy to work. They were honest and right on top of what they said they would do.

I wish I could go back again this year! Plan to go again next.

We accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway online credit card system. We also accept personal checks but only when discussed an approved prior to booking.

Check in on Saturday is 3:00 pm. Check out is Saturday at 10:00 am.

Travelers can pay in full at time of booking or in two or three divided payments. Three divided payments are possible when booking greater than 60 days in advance of the reservation. If booked greater than 60 days prior to check-in, both the $200 REFUNDABLE Damage/Security Deposit and VRBO/HomeAway service fee will be due to secure the booking. 50% of the balance would be due 60 days prior to check in. All fees are due by 30 days prior to check in date.
