A group of 16 of us stayed at East Ivy for a weekend bachelor’s party in Nashville. The house and grounds are simply magical and truly must be seen to be believed. All the common space (both indoors and outside) and proximity to downtown and Five Points meant that East Ivy was a wonderful home base for us.
On top of all that, the owner is a helpful, laid-back, and exceedingly friendly host. You can’t go wrong with East Ivy— I’m looking forward to scheduling some sort of future event in Nashville so we can stay here again!
Beautiful place. Management is amazing. You can't beat the location. Great place to conduct business meetings and fundraisers.
At first, I was a little apprehensive about the price, but it was still within my budget. Oh my, this place is worth EVERY SINGLE DIME! I had some family with me for a 3 night stay it was amazing. The pics are beautiful, and they probably still don't do this place justice. Location was cool, it was close to downtown....but we preferred to go to 5 Points area, since it was closer and less congested.
I wished I had found the place sooner. I decided to come for a political event last minute, and luckily they had a cancellation. Now that I've seen the place I will definitely use the library to hold my private meetings. Lots of entertainment space for sure.
Wanted to say thanks for a great stay with my group of guys. The only reason I selected your property as excellent is because the location is ideal, the property is fantastic, and the team running the property is very professional.
I wish we could have taken advantage of an entertainment package with car to drive us making it even easier to enjoy our stay. Hats off to you guys for finding this crown jewel!
Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful historic home!! I called in to the number on the phone and Luc let me know that work was being done to the upstairs part of the mansion. I flew in with 4 of my friends and was allowed full access to the Mansion. The combination of indoor and outdoor space that they have is amazing and like something out of an Italian movie. This place is literally a compound that is completley walled in with a massive Iron gate at the entrance. The garden in the back yard has two ponds, a stage, beautiful trees and landscaping. The pool area has a Cabana and another court yard. The library has to have 20 foot ceilings and the crown molding in the house is in perfect condition. My stay there was great and I can't wait to come back and see the property when all of the renovations upstairs are done. I'm actually happy it wasn't because I got such a good discount!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!
Located in Historic Edgefield you are less than a mile away from some of Nashville biggest attractions. Experience Nashville's music at Tootsie's, the Wildhorse Saloon, or the historic Ryman Auditorium which are about a mile from our location. LP Field is less than 1/2 mile away. For restaurants away from the downtown crowds, you can drive or walk 1/2 mile east to 'Five Points' which features 7 restaurants. Just a few houses down Fatherland and you'll see a historical marker for one of Jesse James's hideouts.
