This amazing brand new 2872.38 ft2, triple floor Penthouse is part of El Mirador Development, one of the most exclusive communities on the serene residential golf course of San José del Cabo.
We love this place and are happy to rent it to couples seeking a romantic getaway, a shared vacation with friends, or a seasonal escape or for families seeking active outdoor sports or relaxation. We promise lots of information to help you prepare for and get maximum enjoyment out of your stay!
This condo is so well situated and beautifully furnished that when you step through the front door, you have to pinch yourself to see if you're dreaming! The huge expanse of three sliding doors that open up the living room lead you to the first deck that has a view of the San José estuary towards where the sun rises over Punta Gorda . . . all the way along miles of sandy beaches and the Sea of Cortez.
The distribution of the condo is as follows:
First floor: Elevator takes you from the garage to your door, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen, living room and terrace(1) with Dinning for 6 people.
Second floor: A nice private living room right outside of the master bedroom, master bathroom and a terrace(2).
Third floor: Terrace(3) with pergola, BBQ, and jacuzzi.
Among its minimalistic features, the pent house has 10 ft ceilings, granite countertops, alder wood carpentry and double lain window providing complete noise and temperature isolation.
Master bedroom: This bedroom is located in the second floor of the pent house, King size bed, a/c, flat screen Phillips TV 42”, Walk in closet-bathroom, Spacious master bath private toilet, with beautiful his and hers marble vanity, shower with tempered glass doors travertine & mosaics, big chocolate wood closets.
Terrace (2): This is a small terrace equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a fun hammock!!
Bedroom 1: This one is located in the first floor, includes one king size bed, walk-in closet- bathroom marble vanity shower with tempered glass doors and toilette.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on first floor, in front of bedroom 1, comes with 2 twin size beds and closet, bathroom located outside of bedroom 2 it’s a complete bathroom, marbled vanity, shower with tempered glass doors and toilet.
Laundry Room: located in the hallway between bedrooms
Kitchen: These spacious kitchen is Equipped with GE appliances, Granite counter tops, Refrigerator w/ ice maker, and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave , coffe maker, toaster, place mats, service for 10 people in plates and silverware, cooking utensils
Dining Room:Very enjoyable , nicely decorated, glass table with a chocolate colored wood base.
Living room: Its conformed by one “L” shaped couch which turns in to a queen size bed. Perfect for extra people, center table, entertainment center, Phillips TV 42” & Stereo with an Aux port.
Terrace (1): And a huge terrace that will enable you to enjoy unforgettable ocean views with different scenarios: the estuary, the desert and the marina, downtown and Punta Gorda, spectaculars sun rises every day for you to enjoy!
Top Terrace (3): The 155.57 sq.ft roof terrace (third floor) holds a comfortable lounge area perfect for private social meetings or resting times, a BBQ and jacuzzi. The area is completely private.
G-402 is located within walking distance to the beach, downtown San José where you will find best shopping and restaurants in the area, the supermarket and the Marina at Puerto Los Cabos, the development dominates the whole Ocean view Touristic Corridor to Punta Gorda with unobstructed views (the best views in the whole town).

This is the communal pool area ... surrounded by a jogging track, beautiful landscape gardens, colorful flowers, palm trees that give so much life to the area! The heated lap pool and jacuzzi are together. This is one of the places where you can spend time with the family and have fun! It is also equipped with a BBQ area which includes a grill, tables and chairs, and a sink! There are also bathrooms located in the pool area.
The Development has 24 hours security and concierge service.
El Mirador is known for its high end finishes, friendly service, and one of the best locations possible.
Walking distance: half of block you will find one of the largest Hospitals in town, the only cinemas, grocery shopping, barber shop, Block Buster, fast food, sushi and more!
Finally, since we have an on site property management team, we guarantee the success of your stay by reacting quickly when needed (plumbers, electricians, maids...). No other units guarantee the risk free to rent a place like this!!

First Class Treatment from start to finish
Our family of 6 adults spent 2 months at Susie's condo. We booked 11 months in advance. We got a great deal from Susie as she misquoted us to our benefit, using her 2 bedroom rate instead of the 3. To her credit, she honored her lower rate for the entire stay. Now thats Class!
Gaby was the property manager. Adrian was head of maintenance. This team was phenomenal. Over 2 months we had minor issues with the microwave, the washer and dryer and they were solved instantly. Any request we had was granted. Gaby even took me to an autobody shop to repair a scuff on my rental car where i backed into a pole. The guy there charged me 200 pesos!! First Class again
The view from any of our 3 floors balconies was outstanding. Morning coffee on the main floor balcony watching the whales frolic in the ocean to the 3rd floor hot tub gazing at the stars the 2 months passed much quicker than we wanted. We spent time at the pool which was heated to a very comfortable temperature and rarely busy so it was rather peaceful. pls note this condo does not overlook the pool.
El Mirador is a very handy location. 10 min walk to Walmart for groceries, 10 min walk to La Europa a fantastic wine and liquor shop, 15 min walk the other direction to Plaza de los Artesanos for souvenir shopping or happy hour and 20 min walk to downtown for the thursday night artwalk which is a must do and where all the best restaurants in San Jose are. It is a 25-30 min walk to the beach but since we had a car we chose to drive to better beaches such as Santa Maria for snorkelling or Palmilla which had some pretty exquisite properties to gawk at while strolling, not to mention Jack's golf course.
Having a car also enabled us to take a few trips into cabos(30 mins) for tours but we sure preferred San Jose's pace to come home to. Costco is just before Cabos.
Car Tip- Avis has internet specials on Tuesdays on priceline with our credit card cdw coverage we paid $50/week for a car or $70/week TOTAL for a minivan--no extra surprise fees. Avis is the best as their rates include basic (mandatory) tpl.
oh yes during our stay my mom had a fall and broke her pelvis. the hospital just happened to be 2 buildings away which was a bonus. Mom received First Class treatment at Hospiten (again suggested by Gaby).
We have nothing but fond memories of our stay at El Mirador.

We loved this condo and appreciated the beautiful decor, large open floor plan, amazing view, the close proximity to shopping & activities and the amazing customer service shown by Gabby, the property manager.
Gabby helped us secure roundtrip transportation to and from the airport. She also greeted us at the condo when we arrived for check in and check out. Very warm, friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
This is one of the most beautiful spacious condos we've had the pleasure of renting. I would highly recommend to anyone wantimg to staying in San Jose Del Cabo. It is about a 20 minute drive from Cabo San Lucas which makes it less "touristy". Local grocery stores, shopping, Starbucks, McDonalds, Wal-Mart, and restaurants are close by.
The owner is GREAT to work with when booking condo....very responsive to your questions/inquiries. Received 100% of my deposit back the same day we checked out.
Would love to rent this condo again when we return to Mexico.

A spacious penthouse condo in San Jose Del Cabo.
This is very spacious condo close to everything in San Jose del Cabo. The condo is located in a very quiet and safe part of town, nevertheless it is very close to the downtown area and the Marina and about a 25-minute drive to Cabo San Lucas. The condo itself has 3 levels with 3 Terraces. The bedrooms are spacious and there are 3 bathrooms. The property managers Adrian and Gabriella were very helpful and accommodating. This particular combo has probably the best views of all the condos in the complex. I highly recommend it.

Spacious, Clean, Safe and Comfortable!
This rental was a wonderful size, comfortable and had everything we needed. Everyone at the complex was helpful and courteous. We stayed while the complex was fairly vacant as quite a number of condos were being remodeled from a hurricane a few years back. So we felt like we had the place to ourselves. But the condo itself was very nice and the pool area well kept. We did walk everywhere and took buses. But it's not quite as close as people would say. It's more like 15 min to the bus/Walmart and the walk to the beach is a longer walk. So it just depends on the person. Especially with children. Some hills too. But Location is good for being close to Walmart and La Comer(like Fred Myers)(I recommend getting a lot of groceries there and taking a bus back for $7US)bus stops and easy to get downtown. This area is very laid back. It's the atmosphere of San Jose del Cabo. Closer to the airport. It's a drive or longer bus ride to Costco. But feasible. Even longer to Los Cabos, so if you are more interested in that area it may not be for you. Still accessible tho especially with a car. The best beach was at Palmilla. Another beach we liked was by the jetty, past downtown and the marina and Hotel El Ganzo at la playita.(also a great local taco place-la Pacifica right there) The water is cold this time of year tho(February) The average day temperature every day was nice but never very hot. And there was usually a breeze. The only issues we had were getting the hot tub setting hot enough, going right. Maintenance helped with that. And because the occupancy was low the community hot tub wasn't hot all the time. But they were willing to turn it up on request. Getting large bottles of water was a bit of a pain at first. But some people would be fine with using the water treatment drops instead. That's just a part of traveling in Mexico. Overall our extended family group was very happy and felt like we had a great getaway. I would highly recommend!

Kite surfing, zip lining, ultralight flying, stand up paddle board, sports fishing. You can swim with the dolphins. ATV and jeep tours through the desert. Sailing and kayaking, art walks in down town, dancing to live bands. You can visit the botanical cactus gardens. Saturday's organic market, day trips to La Paz, Todos Santos, the arches at Cabo San Lucas, and Cabo Pulmo Nat´l marine park. Walking distance: hospital, cinemas, grocery shopping, restaurants, fast food. The best location!!
