This is a comfortable, ocean view apartment that is less than 90 steps away from the beach and only 2 blocks from Newport Avenue (Main Street in OB). This is a NEWLY REMODELED 1,250 sq. ft. apartment includes tile and wood flooring, all brand new furnishing & accessories! This properly includes two bedrooms along with a living room that is equipped with new furnishing, including a pullout king sofa sleeper. This apartment that sleep 8 has a homey, beach-like feel that is perfect for everyone!
This is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new stove top oven, new microwave, new coffee maker, and new refrigerator. There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room along with one in one of the bedrooms. In the apartment we also provide beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. Due to this being a kid friendly apartment, per request and free of charge we are able to provide a pack and play for children to sleep in. Any additional guests over 3 will be charged $30 per night per guest, up to 8.
Street parking is available right outside of the apartment. We understand street parking in the beach area may be difficult at times, with that being said, if there is ever an issue finding parking, please contact Ivan and he will be able to direct you in our private parking spaces just 3 blocks from the apartment. Once you park, there is no need to drive, as the beach is less than a 1 minute walk. Also, Newport Avenue, which is the “main street” in OB, is just a 3 minute walk away. At Newport Avenue you can find world famous burgers at Hodads, ice cream in homemade waffle cones at Lighthouse Ice Cream, and delicious BBQ at BBQ House Bar & Grill. Alongside these restaurants are clothing and souvenir shops, bars, smoothie bars, and on Wednesdays, a beautiful Farmers Market and much, much more! If you want to eat a home cooked meal instead, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment that is available for guests, along with grocery stores and markets/liquor stores in extremely close proximity of the apartment.
This apartment is just 7 miles away from Downtown San Diego where you can find lots of nightlife and more delicious restaurants, 2.5 miles away from SeaWorld, 9 miles away from the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and 90 miles away from Disneyland. If you like shopping, you’re in luck because you are just a 10-15 minute drive from the major malls in San Diego. For nightlife, there are various restaurant and bars on and around Newport Avenue such as OB Noodle House & Sake Bar and BO-Beau Kitchen + Bar. Or on the night of your stay, it is a must to enjoy a bonfire right on the beach!

Nice beach apartment
This apartment is just a stone's throw from the beach, and it was really nice just to get up in the morning and walk right over to the beach. It was clearly newly renovated, clean, and comfortable for a group of 4 women (and we could have easily fit 2 more). The owners were also very responsive to any questions that arose for me while I was there. And best part was that it was right over a store so we could buy our essential snacks and drinks during our stay.
The place was really cute and clean and convenient
The property is located in extremely close vicinity to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and much more. There is little to no need for driving.
