Our flat is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, fully furnished 1909 Edwardian in Nob Hill. We are located close to restaurants, shopping, theater and all the excitement San Francisco living offers. This is the perfect setting for a couples getaway, family vacation, wedding party or business travel.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by 9 foot ceilings, clean lines, a bright living room and formal dining room. The flat includes three bedrooms (1 King, 1 queen, 1 twin), Brand new top of the line eat -in kitchen with gas stove & LG refrigerator and two fully renovated bathrooms with heated floors and designer fixtures. The flat is all on one level although 12 steps up from the street.

The master has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, remote control gas fireplace and access to a small outdoor deck. The en suite bathroom features a large spa-inspired rainfall shower and heated floors.

The 2nd bedroom may be used as a sitting room or bedroom with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and double doors leading to a small outdoor deck which is shared with the master bedroom.

The quaint 3rd bedroom features a twin bed. Each bedroom has a full closet with linens for your use. There is also a pack n play, booster seat and twin size sleeping floor mat for an additional guest. The flat is very family friendly complete with toys, movies and books.

**NOTE: Our flat will sleep 5 adults max**

The brand new (May 2015) top of the line eat -in kitchen is a great way to start the morning relaxing and planning your day of sightseeing and San Francisco adventures. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, a full size 4 burner gas stove/oven, full size LG refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods & tea, insta-hot water tap, toaster, microwave and a table to seat 6. The butlers’ pantry off the kitchen has a new full size LG washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and enough room to store your suitcases.

For special occasions and gatherings, there is a formal dining room with seating for 6.

We are a short walk from Grace Cathedral, the California & Hyde cable car stops, Union Square, Financial District, North Beach and Chinatown in addition to landmark hotels such as The Huntington, Fairmont, Ritz Carlton, and Mark Hopkins. You will find great local restaurants and exciting nightlife as well. You might like to visit the famous “Top of the Mark” at the Mark Hopkins for a cocktail and amazing views or take in a performance in the theater district which are within walking distance.

We are centrally located to all San Francisco sights via public transportation or taxi so no need for a car, although a private one car garage is available for use.

-Groceries: Trader Joe's, 2 blocks. Whole Foods, 20 min walk.

-Pharmacy - CVS, 2 blocks.

-Small neighborhood market located a few doors down from the flat. They have basic grocery items (milk, eggs, bread etc.) and Beer/Wine.

-Close to various cafes & restaurants

-Cabs are easily available. Just flag one down on the corner.

-If taking BART from the airport, hop on any San Francisco bound train. We are about 6 blocks from the Powell Street Station.

Stayed here with two other co-workers on a business trip. The place was great, perfect location with easy walking to all the sites and easy access to transit. The place was very clean and comfortable, the twin bedroom is small but perfect when you are out all day/night and need to come home to rest. I would stay here again and recommend the place to anyone looking to stay on Nob Hill.

  • The en suite master bath is like stepping into a spa with soothing glass shower tiles, porcelain tile bench shower seat and wall accents. Step under the rain shower head or use a hand held shower wand to relax after a long day in the city. Nothing better than stepping onto a heated stone floor before or after your relaxing shower experience. Bathroom # 2 is a full bath with lovely black & white marble tile floor reminiscent of old Hollywood glamour with a large tub / shower combination and bench seat in tub. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated to modern style with designer touches.

My wife and I stayed at the property for five days while I was at a conference in SF and it worked out perfectly. Great location, easy walking distance to many of the SF highlights. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying again.

Beautifully furnished apartment - perfect for our family. A true home away from home.

My wife and I visited SF for the first time with my mother and my sister's family, which included a 1.5 yo - so 5 adults and a toddler. This place accommodated us perfectly!

The apartment is located on a nice street in a pleasant neighborhood. There is a corner market steps from the front door for any common supplies you might need. There is a Trader Joe's and CVS within a couple of blocks that we used as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the apartment. I was undisturbed by city noise throughout our stay. The apartment was very nicely furnished. You can tell the owners invested well and the decor suited us. The furniture was all very nice - including a surprisingly comfortable high quality sofa-bed that we are interesting in finding for our own home. The apartment had plenty of space and character for all of us to feel very much at home. What I really appreciated was how well supplied we were in terms of little things like paper goods, soap/detergent, cooking supplies, and even toys/books/furniture for kids. Our niece had a ball!

Everything was very clean, including the updated bathrooms and laundry machines.

The garage access was very handy, though if you're not accustomed to city parking, use a friend to help spot you (we had a minivan).

Check in and check out were a breeze, and the owners were responsive.

All in all, we felt that this apartment was excellent, and the price was right. It was by far the best vacation rental property we've stayed at and we look forward to returning someday.

Great location. Clean and well-stocked. Attentive owners.

The unit was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. We were able to cook and comfortably serve Thanksgiving dinner for our two families - 5 stayed in the unit and 4 at other sites. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are within walking distance. The design of the unit - the kitchen, dining room and living room open on to each other - is conducive to gathering in small groups to cook, eat, or relax and converse comfortably. The location was ideal for us - family members at the University of San Francisco and in Hayes Valley. We walked to and from the Embarcadero to have oysters at the Water Bar, and had a delicious meal at the Alamo Square Seafood Grill near Hayes Valley. The owners provided detailed information about how to check in and out and were reachable by text or telephone during our stay.

Lovely and comfortable!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment in Nob Hill. The location was terrific and having the garage a real bonus after driving up from LA and getting into San Fran a bit later than anticipated. The garage is a little narrow and we had a Dodge caravan to fit 5 adults so that was a bit of a test! Would suggest letting people thinking of car hire to get a small one! The apartment itself was warm and welcoming and felt like home. Fantastic amenities, comfy beds and a great shower! Loved the large capacity washer/ dryer! Would certainly stay again if we head back to San Fran and can highly recommend staying here. Thanks Sarah & Kate.

Wonderful home in Nob Hill. Sarah was fantastic and completely accommodating. Wonderful kitchen, washer and dryer, showers and bedding. Excellent for families with children who want to stay downtown.
