We are professionals who have lived in the Old Town area for nearly 30 years. This is the house where we first met twenty years ago. When it came up for sale, we couldn’t help but acquire part of our own personal history. We live just two blocks away and are always available to give you a local perspective on all the Fort Collins area has to offer. We offer this beautiful mid-century gem as your home away from home during your stay.
Michael and Leslie purchased this house in 2013
Although we currently live in a restored 100+ year old house, being design professionals, we have always been drawn to the crisp, clean esthetic of mid-century modern design. This home is in pristine condition, close to the best of everything Fort Collins has to offer, and is in the friendliest neighborhood in town - ours! Even if you stay just a few days, you'll know why we chose this area to put down roots.
We had a fabulous time staying at Michael and Leslie's house in Ft. Collins. It was so darling and retro. My husband, who normally doesn't say much about these told me, "I love this house"! The location was terrific for all the things we wanted to do and Michael's help with area highlights helped immensely. We loved the neighborhood, the bunnies in the yard, the fresh eggs from Michael and Leslie's chickens and the tidiness of the house. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Ft. Collins. Great homeowners and great experience.
This home is in an older neighborhood that is well kept. Everything in the house worked very good. Michael and Leslie were great and we enjoyed the fresh eggs and local beer they had in the fridge for us on arrival. There is quick access to great local restaurants and getting to the wonderful view of mountains.
The house was so cute and CLEAN! I'm a little OCD when it comes to clean and this house totally met my clean approval! Loved the décor, very comfortable beds and close to all the activities. Michael and Leslie were so hospitable too! My family all agreed we will stay here again the next time we're in Fort Collins! Highly recommend!
Michael and Leslie were so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable - the house was clean and very comfortable (with an added touch of fresh eggs from their chickens - what a nice touch). We will definitely stay here again.
The bungalow is the perfect place to stay...close to everything in town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. It's very clean and has all the amenities you need. The bikes came in handy too!
The house was immaculate and included any and everything we could have used for our stay. Michael greeted us and was available for any and all info we needed. It was a perfect family vacation in a perfect location in Ft Collins close to everything- biking, hiking, pool swimming, river playing, museums, grilling, back patio, front patio.... We highly recommend this bungalow in a great location.
