The street is quiet at night and the bedroom is at the rear of the building away from any possibility of noise. Moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops, and parks.
This cosy apartment is ideal for families on vacation and business travellers alike. It has a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the lounge, and an open-plan kitchen; it can easily accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A cot and high chair can be made available for babies/toddlers upon request.
The perfect apartment for business travellers or visitors to London who want to live like true Londoners; in an area with lots of charm, character and history.

Great base to explore the heart of London, very close to Covent Garden.
Great base to explore the heart of London, very close to Covent Garden but the apt is on a quiet street at night. Moments away are some excellent of bars, restaurants and shops. Apt has a modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Will definately stay again if available.
Well located and clean.Unfortunately rather noisy as fronting a busy London street.
Had everything necessary for us. Sofa bed needs attention but otherwise everything OK. Useful familiarisation from Sean.
Noisy, busy, but convenient.
What a great location with Holborn Station around the corner, we were able to get everywhere. And it was a beautiful walk to Lincoln Fields and onwards, or to the British Museum. We loved Sicilian Way on the way.
Sean was very helpful giving us good tips on travel, phones, and finding a pleasant neighborhood for dining. The café right in Red Lion Square has the best cappuccino.
We were awakened at 5am every morning almost by the construction going on outside our bedroom window; since the weather was so nice we had our window open, but we did get used to it.
Great location and wel kept apartment
Excellent location and well kept apartment. More importantly, great support service from Sean!
The location is excellent, and it was surprisingly quiet for a busy locale. Upkeep of the flat left much to be desired. The kitchen sink dripped constantly; draperies didn't close; there's no light over the sink in the loo, and one of the overhead bulbs was burnt out; a window latch in the bedroom was broken, so cold air blew in constantly. Layout of the apartment is not well designed.
Wonderful Flat in a Great Location
This flat, first and foremost, was in a fantastic location if you want Central London at a great/reasonable rate. The staff is very responsive and thorough. We were scheduled to meet the staff for entry at 10pm on the night of our arrival and they were there at EXACTLY 10pm. A 2 minute walk to Holborn station (Piccadilly and Central Lines) makes it incredibly convenient. Also a quick walk to Covent Garden and other tourist locations. Having been a resident of London previously (Hampstead), I was so thrilled to be in Central London given that it was my niece's first trip there and to be able to do so at the cost of a small hotel room. She (11yrs old) and I travelled with my parents and they were very comfortable in the private bedroom...as were we in the pull out sofa, which was spacious and soft.
The amenities were great, which included anything you'd require in the kitchen, in addition to a washer/dryer. If you're an American with the intention of washing/drying clothes multiple times during the course of your visit, I would advise against relying on the drying aspect if youre in a hurry. The washer is great and they provide a drying rack in the closet. The dryer itself, which is the same machine as the washer is slow and a bit temperamental. Still a convenience, however.
My only caution would be the ability to lock oneself inside the flat. In the US, this would be considered a fire hazard, but I believe these locks are probably common in the UK. Upon entering with the key, you must turn it to the right. If you turn it all the way to the left, the padlock will remain open and if you close the door, you will find yourself locked in. Worth mentioning so our mistake isn't yours. Its a bit unnerving to be locked inside, however the staff was quick to respond and "rescue us". I've also contacted them to recommend that this be changed due to the fire hazard should it occur and someone is trapped.
Overall, just a wonderful experience and we absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone with 4 people or less. Would absolutely stay there again.
The apartment is in the very heart of London with fantastic direct transport links to Heathrow, Stansted, Luton, and London City Airports. Gatwick airport is also easy to access via underground lines and express train service. Eurostar (St Pancras) is less than 0.5 kilometres from the apartment. The nearest underground stations include Holborn– 2 minutes walk Tottenham Court Road (8 min walk) Covent Garden stations (10 min walk) From Heathrow Airport it is a 40 minute taxi ride or 15 minutes on the Heathrow Express Train, followed by a 10 minute taxi or tube ride. From Gatwick Airport, take the Gatwick Express, followed by a 15 minute tube journey or taxi ride. From Stansted Airport, take the National Express bus - it stops in the adjacent street From Luton Airport, take the Greenline Express bus - it stops in the adjacent street From London City Airport, take the DLR then Jubilee Tube direct to the apartment.
