Super convenient and comfortable
My family had a great vacation in Seattle and would easily stay at this property again. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was so so convenient to the train. We did most of our sightseeing on public transportation.
Great place to stay in Seattle.
Our host was very accommodating. Cute apartment and very clean. We felt very safe and peaceful. Beautiful area to visit! Lots to see and do.
Nice rooms and excellent location
I stayed here with 2 friends and we found it to be an excellent place to explore Seattle. Our main event was the Seattle - Green Bay NFL game and we found Link to be an excellent way to get to and from the stadium, downtown, and the airport. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough and busy with traffic but we did not hear street noise from the apartment. In addition, we felt comfortable exploring the Beacon Hill and Columbia City neighborhoods on foot. We found coffee shops, restaurants, and a brew bub that we enjoyed.
Inside, the place was plenty comfortable and, as good old friends, we felt fine with 2 of us sharing a room and using the futon in addition to the two queen size beds. I also appreciated the clear check-in and check-out instructions and was very pleased that our host Emily sent me an email asking us if we had any questions about the place. We also enjoyed the delicious chocolate she left for us. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!
Superb comfort and location for the price
Really excellent for cycling and running as it’s so close to Lake Washington. So easy to get to sound transit if you’re a city lover. Convenience store and great restaurants in walking distance-cinema about a mile away. We loved the decor and live plants-very calming and beautiful place. Kitchen was well stocked. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended for the price.
Questionable neighborhood and Great neighborhood- all in one
The home was reasonably clean and the description was accurate. We caught the edge of extermination so there were some dying spiders because it is a basement apartment. There were also a few cobwebs in the corners, but those get made pretty quickly.
Also, the $125 cleaning fee is pretty unreasonable considering that you have to strip beds, start laundry, AND take out the trash. My final concern was the closest neighborhood at night. This house is on the edge of a very nice neighborhood and a not-so-great neighborhood so be mindful of your surroundings. The proximity to the very nice neighborhood was only 1/2 mile from a park and a lakeside running trail.
