Lana cottage is a wonderfully authentic old stone cottage in the heart of the old town centre of Supetar, just 30m from the pretty harbour moored with small fishing boats and lined with restaurants and cafe bars. And 100m to the nearest beach (concrete beach) and 200m to the nearest pebble beach with a cafe bar serving food.
The house consists of 2 parts off a quiet and secluded walled garden/courtyard with outside furniture and traditional stone grill. This cottage is an ideal place for a family to spend a relaxing vacation in a truly picturesque part of town.
One side has a living room downstairs and a bathroom, and upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a shower room. The other part has a kitchen diner downstairs and upstairs is 1 bedroom and a shower room. Between the 2 parts of the house is a large courtyard.
Access to the cottage is via a narrow cobbled alleyway with bourgainvillea growing over the garden walls, a guest will get a real taste of Croatia as it was in the past. In one part is a spacious lounge area plus kitchenette on the ground floor plus a large bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a shower room on the first floor . The other part has a large kitchen with dining area on the ground floor and double bedroom with shower room upstairs.
The garden courtyard is very cosy and secluded, a perfect place to enjoy early mornings and late afternoons. There are lounge chairs for relaxing, plus a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Lana Cottage offer free WiFi/Internet connection. Parking is on the streets around.
Supetar Attractions: Supetar offers fun for all the family. There are 2 giant water slides on one beach plus a small fun pool. In the centre of town is a funfair that has rides for the very small up to teenagers. And there are outdoor slot machines, pool tables and table football. There is openair shopping for local crafts and jewellry every evening and numerous sellers of fine icecreams to enjoy as you promenade along the harbour side. 4km out of town is a local zoo with domestic animals and this also has a playing and sports area for children. The kids can play whilst mum and dad enjoy drinks at the domestic out door restaurant there
Getting to Brac: Take the 50 minute car ferry from Split harbour. Split harbour is 20 kilometres from Split airport. The crossing takes about 50 minutes. The cost per person is approx 5 Euro.
Getting to the Property: You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.
