3rd floor unit with 3 bedrooms with all the comforts of home: 2 flat screen tvs, wireless, cable, laundry room, large patio, beautiful swimming pool, gated community. Wireless and satellite TV. Comfortably sleeps 6. We are located in the center of town and it is walkable to the Cozumel Ferry and all the restaurants downtown. The unit is very quiet and tastefully decorated. There are books, games, etc.
We are three siblings originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We now live in completely different corners of the US - FL, CA and NY and wanted to a place for us to all come together with our families.

This unit is perfect for a family vacation. It's clean, new, beautiful and has all the comforts of home yet is one block from the stunning beaches and the fun nightlight in downtown Cozumel. It's vacation living at its easiest!
The view from this unit is perfect as you can see the sea and it is bright and sunny. You see palm trees from every window. There is a large deck for late afternoon hammock swings and a large laundry room for dealing with vacations!
We were very happy with the condo at Las Ventanas! Carrie was very responsive to our questions and booking was a breeze. I love that you can walk there from the ferry port and not bother with taxi's. We did rent a car for the week from Rentadora Isis and enjoyed having the gated off street parking offered at the complex. Onsite mgmt. and maintenance were always friendly and eager to assist with any questions. We loved exploring the island by day and then relaxing in the large beautiful pool before walking the 1 block to the malecon and watch the incredible Cozumel sunsets. The condo was well equipped, the beds were VERY comfortable and coupled with the aircon made for some of the best sleep I've had in quite awhile. The complex and neighborhood is extremely quiet and we loved watching the hummingbirds on the patio each morning. I also enjoyed walking to the Zermatt bakery for fresh pastries each day and enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at Al Pie Carbons! Perfect location!!
We recently spent 3 weeks at Carrie and family condo at Las Ventanas. Property in a good to location to town square and shopping on the quieter side on the island. We taxied the day of arrival to condo but easily walked back to the ferry after that. Cozumel was feeling El Nino like most of the world so weather was cooler than we would have liked but still had a good time. Patty that runs the complex is super accommodating and will help or recommend with anything you ask. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Weekly maid service was great. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
Spent a week here over Christmas and LOVED it. Walked to market & restaurants & shops... Rented a jeep to see the island and get to the nice beaches (or a $10 taxi ride). Very close to the airport. Can take the ferry to mainland Mexico...

Stayed here for 1week. Beautiful condo , comfortable furnishings..great mattress, great pool, great location close enough to everything yet quiet and peaceful ! Well stocked with everything we needed. We ate in for breakfasts and grilled one evening. The staff at the complex were always gracious and helpful. Small grocery store 2 blocks away with food and liquor. What more can I say but we will definitely be back!
We stayed here last December with a few friends. We came to Cozumel for diving so the location was very important. Only few blocks from the town center where our dive shop was located.
The place is big, very comfortable, we really liked it. The beds are comfortable (very important on a diving trip) and all the facilities were spot on.
Would come back for sure, can recommend it to anyone.
