With space for up to six guests, this sunny three-bedroom vacation home on Lopez Island makes a fantastic retreat for outdoor enthusiasts, a small wedding, a girls' getaway, or just a laid-back family vacation.
This rental is within easy walking distance of the ocean and nearby hiking trails, as well as a general store and a nearby public dock!
Its airy and open floor plan makes socializing with a large group easy, while spacious bedrooms and seating nooks give every member of your group a chance to slip away with a good book or to enjoy the views of MacKaye Harbor and the twinkling lights of Victoria across the water.
The kitchen is fully outfitted for the amateur chef in your group, with double ovens, well-stocked cabinets, and all the serve ware you could need to feed a crew of hungry hikers or fishermen after a long day. Choose from the sunny breakfast nook surrounded by windows, or on chilly evenings, the great room's table near the cozy wood burning stove. Comfortable seating and a well-stocked bookcase will lure you after dinner to linger over one more glass of wine!
On the main floor sits a wonderful master suite with its own fireplace and king-size bed, along with a private bath. Upstairs, you'll find two large guest rooms (one with a king bed, and one with two twins) that share another full bath with his-and-her sinks. Each bedroom offers wonderful views, especially in the evening as the sun sinks over the harbor.
Please note this home has no Internet access, though you'll hardly miss it with all the great activities nearby! For outdoor enthusiasts, the home is close to the public dock at MacKaye Harbor, making it perfect for kayaking and boating. Access the beach at Agate Beach, or head to Iceberg Point for hiking trails that will keep your heart pumping and your eyes feasting on fantastic views.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Great location, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, quiet, short walk to the beach. Lovely!
Comfortable beds, and the view from the kitchen made this stay pleasant. You may want to pack extra towels for any outside excursions.
Our family stayed here for a friends wedding and had a great time!
The property was accurately described. I recommend it to others!
A bit more rustic than we expected from the pictures, some of the rooms and decor is dated, and the kitchen and equipment is serviceable.
We really enjoyed being in this house. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, the rooms were all large and offered privacy from main living area. There were 4 adults and 2 children during our stay and we all had our own space. The house has amazing views and is close to the water and Lopez Village. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lopez Island and the MacKaye Harbor Treehouse.
Nice, quiet, and clean place. Only disappointment is that there were not any public beaches nearby (walking distance).
