About Twee Pham

Bryan and Michi are originally from OC. They currently work in downtown San Diego and come to visit OC friends and family very often. So often that they decided to buy this property as their second home where they grew up, went to school and met each other.

Why Twee Pham chose Santa Ana

Bryan and Michi love the contemporary architecture of this complex. Especially attractive is the tri-level of the property. Not too many properties in the heart of OC were built in 2009 or later, so this is one of the main reasons they were attracted to this home.

Plus, it's very close to the Santa Ana Amtrak station, which makes their trips from San Diego and back, oh so convenient.

Really, there is no downside to having this property as their weekend retreat.

What makes this townhome unique

The location couldn't be more perfect. Close to 4 freeways and WALKABLE. There aren't many places in OC where you can walk from your living room to a coffee shop, book shop or frozen yogurt. This neighborhood is unique in that sense. You can even walk across the street and shop at Nordstrom.

Amazing place!

This place is so good, everything is in walking distance, close to freeway, good food around, the property is nice and clean, has everything you will need! Strongly recommend!!!

Conveniently located

The apartment was handy to everything we needed. Shopping centres, restaurants, freeway etc. The home was described as sleeping 7 people. This was perhaps overstated as there are only 2 bedrooms. Suggest 3 couples may be more of the truth given there is a fold out couch in the living area. The showers are both located on the third level with no toilet on the lower level at all. Not ideal. There were no mattress protectors and the condition of the two mattresses was disgusting in fact the overall cleanliness was less than ideal. This home definitely needs an upgrade. The photos must be reasonably old and not a fair representation of the home.

Owner's Response: It's unfortunate that before you decided to rent, you didn't review the description of the property, which clearly listed the king bed, the queen bed, the queen pull-out sofa and the futon -- total sleeping arrangement = 7. And if you don't like the architecture of this 2-bedroom home , then there is nothing we can do about that. We bought and furnished this home 3 years ago and if you decided that this 2009 property "needs an upgrade", then we have nothing further to say. Unsure of what your agenda is, we conclude that since the other 30 reviews were nowhere near as harsh as this one, we should ignore it and let it pass.

Location, location, location!

Just a note to express our thanks for sharing your home with us! It was the perfect spot for all of the outings we had planned. The place was the perfect fit for our family of 4 over spring break. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

very nice house

my colleague and i stayed at this house for the duration of the Expo West in Anaheim. The property is great, with supermarket, bakery and shops nearby. Very quiet, clean and good area. I would stay there again.

Apartamento en Orange

Pasamos un mes en este apartamento. Fuimos con un niño de un año y medio y el departamento tiene escaleras y barandas pero a pesar de eso, lo pasamos muy bien. No contaban con una cuna pero nos compraron un colchon inflable. Pudimos conocer a Twee, la dueña, que se mostro muy atenta. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado. Fue muy comoda para nosotros la ubicacion cerca del CHOC y el hecho de q tiene cochera.

Convenient location

This place is perfect for more than four people to stay. We were a family of four visiting LA for a few days and the location was perfect for driving distance to Disneyland, little Saigon and only 40 minutes to Universal Studios (no traffic of course). Kitchen had most of the things needed to cook a daily breakfast, but I especially enjoyed the Patio.. Very comfortable to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
