Beautiful view, corner unit, private terrace with table and BBQ, abundant fenestration in the 2 bedrooms and in the main room and an underground parking space situated just a few meters from the elevator of the building. Ideal location to visit the city of Québec, a lively district all year long with all the shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bakerys, bars, grocery stores, etc. Owners available, impeccable service and excellent maintenance.

The building is original, eco-friendly and new, as are the furniture and accessories. The building has a fast, ultra-quiet elevator, a shared gym and superior soundproofing.

In addition, the condo has a original decoration, 9-foot ceilings, granite and quartz countertops, a fully equipped kitchen (espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), air conditioning, Wifi, a ceramic shower, Moreover! Also, the sofa bed mattress (for the 5th and the 6th guest) is 60 inches wide and offers a much better confort than usual.

About Frédéric Armstrong

We are two couples of secondary school teachers in Quebec City who, eight years ago, decided to embark on the wonderful project of buying a tourist country house. This one is named Au Havre de l'Anse and has allowed us to welcome a multitude of guests. In 2018 we will buy 2 Penthouses in Quebec city that we will also rent to tourists. These two Penthouses will each have a private terrace allowing you to admire the city of Quebec. Both will be located in trendy neighborhoods such as St-Roch and Limoilou! Those are Aux Havres Urbains!

We are respectful people and always do everything in our power to satisfy our guests. It is I, Frédéric, who is responsible for communications with the guests. I am passionate about travel and new adventures. I can answer you in French, in English and, with the help of my son, I can get by in Spanish.

Beau condo, beau quartier...

Le condo « Aux Havres Urbains » porte bien son nom. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos trois ados et il y avait amplement d’espace pour tous. Sa situation géographique est idéale; près de la Vieille Ville et dans un quartier en plein essor. Sa déco est au goût du jour et le stationnement intérieur n’est pas un avantage négligeable. Si on ajoute des proprios très sympathiques, on a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour réussi. Merci encore à Mr. Armstrong pour ses conseil et ses bonnes adresses...
