Beautiful Penthouse built in 2018 of 765 sqft located on the 6th floor. Underground parking, elevator, very beautiful view from all rooms, private terrace with table / BBQ, gym, abundant fenestration and superior soundproofing. Ideal location to visit the city of Quebec, lively district all year with all the shops nearby: restaurants, cafes, bars, groceries, bakeries, etc. Owners available, impeccable service and excellent maintenance.

In addition, the condo has a original decoration, 9-foot ceilings, granite and quartz countertops, a fully equipped kitchen (espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.), air conditioning, Wifi, a ceramic shower, Moreover! Also, the sofa bed mattress (for the 5th and the 6th guest) is 60 inches wide and offers a much better confort than usual.

In the heart of the city center, at the junction of Charest, Langelier, St-Joseph and St-Vallier. It is easy to reach the historic center of Quebec by foot, by bike, by public transport or by car. All major roads are nearby, allowing you to quickly reach other attractions of the city:

Top quality and very comfortable

We loved this place! Everything was of very high quality and extremely comfortable. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, and detailed instructions are provided for anything you might need. We were able to walk to all of the major sites, although it’s possible that some might not want to walk quite that far. The neighborhood near the condo had everything we needed — a pharmacy, a convenience store, shops, bakeries and restaurants. If you want a comfortable and stylish place to stay while you explore Quebec, I highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic penthouse, impeccably appointed and perfectly located.

My wife and I spent 3 nights here and can honestly say it was one of the best VRBO locations we have ever stayed in. The apartment is gorgeous and fully equipped, and the location is walking distance to tourist spots but located in the cool and eclectic St.Roch district. Incredible shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The deck made the space even better and was perfect for relaxing and having a drink after a day of sightseeing :)

Whenever we come back to Quebec City, this WILL be where we stay. Thanks Frédéric !!!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aux Havres Urbains property. It had everything we needed and was cleverly laid out. I felt the condo was also pretty quiet-we didn’t hear our neighbors so it’s well insulated. The space was very comfortable and also practical especially with having kids with us. The view in the condo and from the terrace is breathtaking. The surrounding area was also very convenient and not far from the downtown area. We were able to walk to some of the restaurants and shops. We did drive to the old part of the city though since we had kids and it was a little longer walk.

The owners were quick to respond if we had any questions. They were very helpful.

Overall a very good experience. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Beau condo, beau quartier...

Le condo « Aux Havres Urbains » porte bien son nom. Nous y avons séjourné avec nos trois ados et il y avait amplement d’espace pour tous. Sa situation géographique est idéale; près de la Vieille Ville et dans un quartier en plein essor. Sa déco est au goût du jour et le stationnement intérieur n’est pas un avantage négligeable. Si on ajoute des proprios très sympathiques, on a tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour réussi. Merci encore à Mr. Armstrong pour ses conseil et ses bonnes adresses...
