About Inna Elterman
I have lived in this neighborhood of Chicago for the past 15 years and love it. There is not one better in this great city! I am happy to help with whatever you need during and before your stay. I am here to help!
Inna Elterman purchased this House in 2017
Why Inna Elterman chose Near North Side
I love Old Town. This is where my family and I have lived for the last 15 years. I love that you can walk anywhere- downtown to the shops and restaurants, to the beach, park and the zoo or even take a walk around the streets with unique houses. My favorite activity in the summer is people watching sitting outside at one of the Wells street cafes
What makes this House unique
Beautiful trees in the back yard, sun room and spacious bedrooms will have you fall in love with this house
Check-in: 3:00 PM

No smoking inside. Smoking allowed in the yard
the house is not baby proof and it has no crib.
Please respect all city of Chicago noise laws and ordinances
No smoking anywhere inside the house. I charge $500 smoking remediation fee
Presence of more than 16 people is UNLAWFUL. This is a neighborhood residential street. All noise needs to remain inside and quite hours observed

Great house in a perfect location
This house was perfect for our weekend stay. Great location and set-up for our large party (14 people). Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful and check-in and check-out was straightforward and easy!
Spacious House - Great for Hosting!
We stayed at Inna's house for my sister bachelorette party. The parking garage for the house in the back was very helpful. Inna met as when we arrived at the house to show us around. The house was very clean, very spacious and had plenty of extra bedding, towels, dishware, etc. It's a great location to either walk or get a ride to some great parts of Chicago. We got so many compliments on how great the house was all weekend. Overall a great stay and Inna was super helpful!
Great house with parking, which is so necessary in this neighborhood. Super convenient to all things Chicago! Very clean and excellent WiFi. Owner was very available for whatever was needed.
So glad you enjoyed your stay!
Great Place and Great Location
Worked out great, easy walk to a lot of good places. Nice neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the train.
I love Old Town- you can walk pretty much everywhere you would need to go
Perfect for Girls Weekend
The house was perfect for our group of 12 girls for our bachelorette weekend. Sleeping arrangements were accommodated and we had plenty of space. The outdoor area is beautiful as well.
Overall a beautiful home in a great location, with very reasonable pricing. The owner Inna was very helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend.
Great to hear that everyone was able to spread out and had comfortable sleep
Great location, lots of space
Great home base for enjoying Chicago. Inna was very responsive to all our questions. Would stay there again. Just bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper.
Yes, there is a train line behind the house however two of the bedrooms are towards the front
The house is in east Old Town- best neighborhood in Chicago for both families or if you are looking to have fun. While the street itself is very quiet, tree lined and barely has cars passing by, as soon as you turn the corner, you are in the center of everything! Lincoln Park with the zoo, farm, pond, open spaces and farmers market is a 7-10 min. walk. North avenue beach is the same distance. It is perfect for walks, picnics, boat rides or good old fun in the sand. The beaches are free to the public and have breathtaking city views. Grocery shopping is made easy, seeing as Plum Market, Treasure Island and Jewel are located right in the neighborhood. Nearby coffee shops include a 24 hour Starbucks and La Fournette. There are 103 restaurants within a 15 minute walk including some of Chicago's top restaurants including Kamehachi, Bistrot Margot, Topo Gigio, The Fireplace Inn, and Woodies Flat. Bars and lounges are abundant on Wells and are all 1-2 minute walk. Shopping in Old Town is a unique experience; the majority of shops in this neighborhood are boutiques rather than well-known chain stores. Therefore, each and every store is cozy, intimate and filled with one-of-a-kind goods. The Lincoln Park Zoo is a world of wildlife in the shadow of skyscrapers. Located within a verdant park just minutes north of Chicago, the zoo has been a natural, free oasis for generations of animal lovers, who visit the zoo to hear a lion’s roar echo off nearby apartment buildings, see gorillas climb trees as the Willis Tower looms in the distance, or forget where they are as they immerse themselves in tropical rainforests, dry-thorn forests or spacious savannas. We invite you to visit the wildest spot in Chicago, where each year millions of guests marvel at wild wonders as they play and learn. Free and open every day of the year, Lincoln Park Zoo has something for everyone. Meet animals from around the world, relax among Chicago’s most-visited gardens and join us for exciting daily programs and events. The Steppenwolf Theater, located just a few blocks away from the property, operates as a not-for-profit organization relying on community support to produce, presents up to 16 plays and nearly 700 performances, readings and other events every year on three stages. The theater’s artistic and educational programs draw a multi-generational audience of nearly 200,000 from the greater metropolitan Chicago area, while their impact reaches well beyond this region with productions that tour nationally and internationally. The Second City is another nearby theater that specializes in sketch comedy and improv, and has been delighting audiences for over 50 years. They have had many famous comedians perform at the theater over the years. They have comedy shows seven nights a week on 4 stages; the shows consist of short scenes, songs, and improvised comedy sketches. Cocktails and food are available throughout the show. Get ready to laugh! Oak street and beginning of Michigan avenue is about 15-20 minute walk.
