Located in Coronado Village, two blocks from the public golf course and a short walk to restaurants, nightlife, and trolly car stop for site seeing throughout San Diego County. Sites include San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Balboa Park and Old Town to name a few. Cab fare to downtown Coronado is from $5 up.
This house is a gem. It's very cozy and you feel like it's your home away from home. The house has everything you need to when you are on vacation. Jane has clearly thought of everything from beach chairs, bikes, coffeemaker and a grill when you are craving a good meal at home with all the things you need to make it with. The backyard is amazing to sit and relax with a glass of wine after being at the beach. She has a lemon, orange, lime, and a apple tree in the backyard. There is nothing better than a fresh squeezed juices in the morning or in your cocktails at night.You don't get these options at a hotel. The house is centrally located near the golf course, easy access to the bridge ( if you choose to leave the island), walking distance to the local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.
Excellent home in a nice, quiet location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed this house which worked well for our family of six. The back yard is perfect for family meals in the sunshine and the fresh oranges and lemons were a bonus. The beach and Hotel Del make for a magical Christmas get away. The owner (Jane) was super helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will certainly rent again.
Charming home in a lovely neighborhood. Very close to the airport, beaches and downtown Coronado. Clean, tidy and well set up for living in. The owner was extremely helpful with everything, even providing some sight seeing tips. I would certainly recommend this rental to anyone for short term or long.
Nice home in a quiet neighborhood, just a block from the Coronado Golf Course. Bike to the beach and tennis. Ideal for a small family. Back yard has covered patio with gas BBQ, dining table and fruit trees. We plan to stay there again next year.
